I bought a two pack for my makeshift 300 gallon agricultural-stock-tank-turned-sitting-pool and this made my creation so much user friendly! Right out of the box, the seats are extra heavy duty, as in thick durable plastic with sturdy fold-out legs. I folded the legs out and tried it on my noncarpeted floor and could immediately tell how high quality the build is. It was comfortable just sitting in the middle of the floor! In the water, the height with the legs extended is ideal for my 5'4" frame. My husband prefers the seat with the legs folded in so he can sit deeper in the water. The slightly rounded back of the seats are ideal against the curved interior of our tub. The seats do not float when not in use and so far we just leave the seats in the water with no ill effects. They are superb for our purposes.

Initially I was put off by the price, basically 1/6 of the cost of our portable spa. But, they are worth it. Very sturdy with weighted feet that adjust to 3 levels. Add bit of comfort especially for shorter people when jets are turned on

I shall definitely be keeping these chairs because they do serve the purpose that I wanted them to serve, which is to sometimes sit slightly up out of the water, because sitting on the ground completely submerges me to my neck, and it is sometimes nice to have the upper part of your body exposed to the cool air. I do have a few complaints about them, first, they are very heavy, even when in the water they can be difficult to maneuver. They are also a little bit slippery, if you are not sitting directly upright, meaning you were slightly slouching, your bottom will slide. Getting the legs out to raise the chair up is also not easy, and once you have them pulled out if you don’t hold onto them while you slide the chair underneath you, they will fold back up again. This obviously makes them a little bit more cumbersome and difficult to use. However, I do prefer them over the typical squishy pillow things, as they are adjustable, and obviously far more hygienic.

I purchased 2 of these for our Sulu portable spa, they work exactly as described. I am 5'10 and my wife is 5'2, she can now sit in the tub and not be uncomfortably submerged in the water. Little folding legs are adjustable so you can raise or lower yourself by a couple of inches. The seats have been submerged for about 6 weeks and have not shown any signs of deterioration or wear. Water is very well treated so I am sure it has something to do with it. I should also add they have a bit of heft to them and sank straight to the bottom of the tub.

I love these! I was hesitant about ordering them, I wasn't sure how sturdy or comfortable they would be. Plus I thought they were a little expensive, (not realizing how great they are). I'm so glad I bought them, it has made sitting in the hot tub way more comfortable. When I tell you there sturdy, they're very sturdy. I am not skinny. Lol. I'm ordering two more.

This is a very nice, sturdy little seat but I have 2 major problems: 1) I'm 'vertically challenged' so I NEED the legs extended to keep my head above water in the hot tub. The legs do not "click" or have any mechanism to hold them extended in place. It's impossible to open the legs and expect them to stay extended on the trip to the bottom. Hence an underwater "dive". So much for keeping head above water. 2) this seat it heavy, but not heavy enough. If your tush isn't on the seat when you turn on the bubbles/jets, it "lifts off" and of course the plastic legs collapse (float up).... again. ARRRGGGG We're brainstorming ways to add weight to legs or something

These seats are very durable and work as designed. They can easily be adjusted up or down. The do move a little if you aren't sitting on them. I did find that I'm not always using them. If you have an intex spa and you have shorter people in the spa they are great as they lift them up more... but I could have lived with out them.
