Giving this four stars because I just used it and don't know yet how long it will last. It did not bother my skin. It says don't wash for two days which made me a bit leary, however it is like shampoo and then you rinse it out. I was trying not to color my hair but the gray was making me depressed. Normally with box color I make a huge mess and have stains on my forehead and ears. You have to put it on dry hair so I did that over the sink and any drips on my counter/sink and body were easy to wipe off with no stain left. It did not stain my shower when I washed it out. I cleaned the bathroom while I waited the 10-12 minutes for it to take. So much quicker than using a box color. I bought the light brown hair shade and my hair now looks a bit golden. It covered the gray except one section at my temple where nothing ever works. It's a large bottle so I should be able to use this quite a few times. I was going to purchase a men's comb in product but many reviews said those only contained enough product for very short hair and a beard/mustache - so not for me. So far I am very pleased with this purchase. Update: 06/21/2025 Applied again this morning so that was approximately 3 weeks. Could have waited another week or so. Looks great, still pleased. Did an ok job of covering grey. Kind of looks like high lights. But the chemicals in this product caused some burning and itching on my scalp. If I had read the ingredients before I bought it I would not have bought it.
