Excellent customer care and products, well worth the price. After some initial trouble with setup and getting used to the touchpad. I have to say that these are awesome and money well spent. I know they are expensive and have a relatively short battery life but I love mine. I got a few different power banks to use when I go for a full movie or binge watching to keep battery at full. But honestly 1 hour of the web is enough and these do that easy without assist from a battery pack. With a pack, I could go all day. The staff are very helpful and understanding, I got the ring as well, which is just fantastic for control. Overall I would give INMO 6 stars ! Love mine, and mine dont run hot at all ! ... show more

    • Not worth the money
So I bought these cause of all the hype 8 hrs of use great screen easy to use and apps should all work right? Wrong. They are Chinese made so the apps needed to make this function correctly are also Chinese based you have to download them through a third party sketchy application to make the device work right unless your looking to use this for streaming YouTube twitch or another basic app. Camera on them is sub par idk what the reviewers were talking about photos and video was not great so idk what they were talking about the screen is horrible and has no way to adjust it you can see all the lines in it and it doesn't look clear at all. The main reason I got these were the battery life and for screen share/gaming battery is more like 2 hrs not 8 most laptops get better battery life now and screen sharing doesn't work wasnt able to connect my s25 ultra to it no matter what I did and tried the pc as well be the leabo app they tell you you need to download isnt download able in the play store nor online in the us. Ultimately ill say dont buy these its all hype and they aren't worth it I returned mine after a week of frustration trying to get it to work right also the batter on the left ear gets abnormally hot. I worry about longer use how uncomfortable that would have gotten ... show more

There are some really great things about this product. I was a backer on kickstarter for this. The ring was going to come separately after the initial campaign. The screen is awesome. I can add any app I want from the playstore. The audio is not good but passable. The battery life is not great but to be expected to fit everything into these glasses. I use a wearable battery and it lasts all day. My disappointment is the camera. It stated a 16mp camera. I bought these because the camera was better than the metas. Im upset because the camera has the hardware for 16mp but is throttled at 3mp. Hoping they I unleash it soon or I will be selling these and waiting for something better. ... show more

Do not buy INMO products as it is an unethicaland unprofessional company. I purchased INMO Air 3 via their kickstarter campaign and when glasses were delivered, I realized the actual hardware was not what they had advertised ("Qualcomm Snapdragon Space Computing Coprocessor" instead of the advertised" Snapdragon XR processor"). The same day as receiving the glasses, I sent an email to INMO Support asking them to share the process of returning the glasses under their "no questions asked 7 day return policy". It has been 2 months and 8 reminders, they have not shared the process. Since last one month INMO Support has even stopped responding to my emails. ... show more

When I got this the box was open the battery on the last for about 30 minutes to make it work I have to add a power pack to it and then it works all right but the original battery need to be replaced
