Been using this blanket for about a year now. It does exactly what’s advertised. Controls temperature levels, heats up quickly and timer works as needed and set. Zipper is sturdy and quality materials as are the zippered armholes. The bag that it’s stored in is also well made. I would highly recommend this sauna blanket. Tip: Buy and use disposable bags. Makes cleaning after use much easier.

I have had this for 18 months and I use it 2-3 times a week for an hour at 176 degrees. I’m not sure everyone would like it that hot for that long, but I really enjoy this. I stay well hydrated while using it and have a cool bath afterward. This is easy to clean and still smells fresh after all this time. This has become part of my self care routine in fighting Lipedema.

I've barely had this for 10 months and I've used it maybe a handful of times. The last time that I went to use it I continue to get an error message and it would not heat. There's no way to contact the seller. I would not waste my money on this.

I received this product yesterday and used it this morning after yoga with one of the thermal foil wraps and received a little sweat. Temp at 140 and only 20 minutes with minimal workout clothes on. My muscles has been extremely sore from the past two day intense workout so I decided to lay in it this evening at 167 for 45 minutes. When I say my body felt so relaxed and toxin free afterwards, I was in heaven! I am glad I had towels around the bed because it was refreshing rolling out the blanket soaking wet. It felt like I walked out from a sauna room. Oh and this time no foil wrap or clothes. I am in love and pray that it provides this result for a long time since I do not have access to a sauna. I missed sitting in a sauna from a well intense workout to relax the muscles and sweat out bad toxins. I highly recommend this product and again pray it has longevity usage. I can model if the company need more promotions 🙌🏾

The zipper tore really easy on the right side. The heat level did not stay up. The quality is minimum for the price. It is easy to clean.

The heat kicks in fairly quickly. I strongly suggest using it on a soft surface fir better comfort. The quality of the item is excellent. Just the arm holes take some time to get used to the zipper teeth. The appearance is great, especially love the portability of it. Easy to setup and take down when needing to store away. I also strongly suggest a sheet inside to to have around you to soak up the sweat you produce. With a sheet that soaks up the sweat and a good cleaning it stays in great shape. Make sure to drink and have water nearby for long sessions.

This was our first sauna blanket purchase. Our doctor told us about the benefits of using an infrared sauna and we had visited some, but the cost of each session gets very pricey. Decided to purchase this and try it out. So far, the entire family likes using it. Our teenage sons like using it for recovery after long active days playing sports, and my husband and I like to use it at least twice a week to get the other health benefits. It heats up pretty nicely, has zippers where you can use to stick your arms out if needed and folds up into a bag. We’ve been using it since we received it about three weeks ago and with the number of times we’ve used it, it was worth the money.
