This works great. It does help the body (not a placebo effect). Suggest using after, like instructed, and after being fully clean. It doesn't really cause sweat but a healing kind of heat depending on your preferred temp. Not the easiest at putting yourself in at times. Durable. Compact.

I initially really liked this sauna blanket. It took a bit to warm up but I’d just start it 10mins before I was ready. However, I used it probably 8-10x a month for four months and it’s now broken. I think the sensor is the issue because it heats but then gets “too hot” and shuts off. This usually happens after 5minutes or so. Very disappointed!

The heat kicks in fairly quickly. I strongly suggest using it on a soft surface fir better comfort. The quality of the item is excellent. Just the arm holes take some time to get used to the zipper teeth. The appearance is great, especially love the portability of it. Easy to setup and take down when needing to store away. I also strongly suggest a sheet inside to to have around you to soak up the sweat you produce. With a sheet that soaks up the sweat and a good cleaning it stays in great shape. Make sure to drink and have water nearby for long sessions.

Works great but zipper has already broken. Only have used twice. Sewing has split and zipper has come off the track.

This was our first sauna blanket purchase. Our doctor told us about the benefits of using an infrared sauna and we had visited some, but the cost of each session gets very pricey. Decided to purchase this and try it out. So far, the entire family likes using it. Our teenage sons like using it for recovery after long active days playing sports, and my husband and I like to use it at least twice a week to get the other health benefits. It heats up pretty nicely, has zippers where you can use to stick your arms out if needed and folds up into a bag. We’ve been using it since we received it about three weeks ago and with the number of times we’ve used it, it was worth the money.

I received this product yesterday and used it this morning after yoga with one of the thermal foil wraps and received a little sweat. Temp at 140 and only 20 minutes with minimal workout clothes on. My muscles has been extremely sore from the past two day intense workout so I decided to lay in it this evening at 167 for 45 minutes. When I say my body felt so relaxed and toxin free afterwards, I was in heaven! I am glad I had towels around the bed because it was refreshing rolling out the blanket soaking wet. It felt like I walked out from a sauna room. Oh and this time no foil wrap or clothes. I am in love and pray that it provides this result for a long time since I do not have access to a sauna. I missed sitting in a sauna from a well intense workout to relax the muscles and sweat out bad toxins. I highly recommend this product and again pray it has longevity usage. I can model if the company need more promotions 🙌🏾

I loved it at first. Now it doesn’t heat up to hot anymore . Zipper broke on arm holes . The controller gets hot ? I don’t know if that normal or not

All zippers broke so it’s now useless. Don’t purchase this, it will fall apart. Go with a different seller and brand. This seller sells trashy crap. This seller has blocked me from requesting a refund or even a replacement. This seller does not qurantee their products at all. This seller is not looking for repeat customers but just wants to unload cheap China goods. Shame on you, Amazon, for allowing this seller access to your customers. Amazon, do you care about your customers?
