This is definitely an interesting piece of technology. Not going to lie it’s a weird experience, but I would say it’s definitely weird in a good way. I’m not one to lay down in the sauna but using this at it’s second highest heat almost puts me to sleep while getting a good sweat in! The blankets that comes with to me don’t go well with it, I think you’re better off wearing a beanie or hat if you really want to get a good sweat going. But all in all it’s an awesome product, especially if you manage to get it on sale!

Easy to use and it will really get you sweating! I use this 3 to 4 times a week right after I get done working out and I truly feel like it helps tremendously with a quicker recovery. It's easy to clean which is a bonus!

I used it practically every day and I like how it gets so hot very quickly. It gets hotter much quicker than any sauna blanket I’ve owned in the past. I also like the easy to use controller which helps me control the heat setting and time. I am also happy about the cost as it was relatively cheap for a good quality sauna blanket. Overall m very happy with this sauna blanket and have already recommended it to some of my fiends.
