I use this under the cover of my hot tub. Every time it rained the water would fill up on the cover and i was worried it was too heavy and would break the cover. This is perfect. Inflated super easy, and keeps the rain water from pooling up on the cover.

I'm going to start with 4 stars. I'll update and add experience once I've had it for a while. Arrived this morning and the fit into the Coleman/Saluspa lid cover is good. The inflation valve design is an upgrade. I think most people are buying these because they are fed up with the Saluspa ones constantly failing, and getting one replacement before the warrantee runs out... just in time to fail again. The design of the seams (where the failure occurs) is different on this one. They are concentric rings instead of horizontal lines end to end. It is the end of the seam where the failure always occurs. Hopefully this design will hold up better. DO NOT OVERINFLATE! This can't be stressed enough. The lid should only be inflated until it is just rigid enough to allow you to put it on with one person. Air expands when it heats up. After sitting on top of a 105° hot tub, it will expand and feel fuller. This is most important to understand when using in cold weather. The lid will feel fine when you take it off, but when you go to put it back on after your soak time, it feels like it has leaked out air. Don't add air unless you are sure that it is not firming back up once it is heated up again. This is how my first one failed and was a valuable lesson. If you inflate it until it is nice and firm in 45° weather, then put it on top of a 105° tub, it will expand too much and the seam will tear. My last Saluspa cover lasted quite a bit longer once I understood this, but ultimately, failed again. I hope this tip helps save people from a lot of unnecessary frustration. ... show more

Why did you pick this product vs others?: Good price and decent reviews. Value for money: While it didn't fit perfectly in our 4 person square-ish Coleman Salsuspa when completely inflated, leaving a little bit out so it fit in the cover carrier worked perfectly. I actually prefer having the handles on it, make it easier to grab! ... show more

I have bought and owned four Bestway Inflatable Hot tubs over the last five years. The come either round or square in shape and work well. The price is reasonable (under $500 usually). However, every one to two years, something on them springs a leak and the air slowly leaks out. The leak can be either in the hot tub body itself, or in the inflatable cover that slips into a vinyl sleeve and covers the hot tub. This time, it was the cover that sprung a leak. This one is square. Bestway sells just the inflatable cover but wants over $100 for it shipped. Instead, I found the Sitroasho inflatable cover on Amazon for under $50 shipped. I ordered it, inflated it, slipped it into the Bestway vinyl sleeve and voila ... no more leaks. So far, it works great. ... show more
