This portable air conditioner is phenomenal. It has a built in de-humidifier which is a life saver for me. Getting two in one is just so nice. The window kit works for horizontal and vertical windows so you can quite literally use it anywhere. My favorite feature by far is the wheels so you can move it wherever you’d like easily. This is by far the best air conditioner I’ve ever used, and I don’t have to buy a separate de-humidifier as well. It’s super quiet so I don’t have to listen to loud annoying noises in the room being cooled. All of this can be controlled by a remote which makes it even better, no more getting up to press buttons! There’s also a few fan modes so you can use it in any environment at any level. If you want the best of the best, I highly recommend getting this, you won’t regret it. ... show more

Unbelievable how well this works. We live in a 2 story townhouse and the themostat is downstairs. It's always hotter upstairs. 2025 was unusually hot. We did some research and settled on this unit. It was easy to install, but we did have to get some thing to fill in the gap. We also got foam to help with tiny cracks. We used it every night and never had to dump water. We always used the air conditioning setting and not the dehumidifier setting. It is a great unit. Not having to dump the water helped. ... show more

We are very pleased with this portable ac unit. We actually were a little worried since we bought this one primarily because a white unit would have been unacceptable in the room we needed it in, and this was one of very few that came in black that we could find. Many concerns that we saw in reviews however about sound level were unfounded, as we find this unit to be whisper quiet, blows a crisp cold and functions excellently in every other aspect. Of course like many portables, there are drainage aspects to consider but we find the accurate timer to be the best way to manage this. The window installation kit and hose are cheap garbage. It always falls out. It's basically all taped together. That said, it cools what it needs to very well. For some inexplicable reason it now reads in Celsius instead of Fahrenheit, and I can't fix it, but it still cools.

I have the 10k BTU model and I’d buy it again in a heartbeat. I’ve bought a decent amount of things off of amazon and this is the first product I’ve actually wanted to write a review about. It's great honestly and I haven't run into any issues with it. The way yo empty out the water build up in the ac is a bit confusing, I wish I could fully remove it but we've kinda just poured it out if the machine in the shower. Idk if thats safe but we'll see if it breaks bc of it.
