Leaks!!!!!
Purchased this unit at the end of July 2024, worked fine, for half a season. This year it leaked in the floor, every time we turned it on, even after draining it. It was stored properly over the winter. Very disappointed. I would not recommend. Expensive for 1/2 a summer season.

Totally Worth it.
Owned and used this for the past two months and I’d say it’s a very good product. Was looking for just an air conditioner but this has it all. AC, regular fan, and a Dehumidifier. I have the 10k BTU model and I’d buy it again in a heartbeat. I’ve bought a decent amount of things off of amazon and this is the first product I’ve actually wanted to write a review about. Just what we needed.
We are very pleased with this portable ac unit. We actually were a little worried since we bought this one primarily because a white unit would have been unacceptable in the room we needed it in, and this was one of very few that came in black that we could find. Many concerns that we saw in reviews however about sound level were unfounded, as we find this unit to be whisper quiet, blows a crisp cold and functions excellently in every other aspect. Of course like many portables, there are drainage aspects to consider but we find the accurate timer to be the best way to manage this. Great product
This unit has worked great in my attic which I converted as a room for my daughter. Game changer! Great quality and has been keeping my girl cool. The room used to go up to 105 Farenheit.

Just an Expensive Fan
While this unit blows 62 degrees within 1' from it's vent, the temperature from air blown a foot away from the unit decreases by 8 degrees or so and it gets worst the farther you move from the unit. This unit is totally overwhelmed if you are trying to cool even a space as small as 200 sq ft of a building that retains radiant heat from daytime high temperatures. In days where the outdoor ambient temperature at night was in the lower 80's to upper 70's, the room temperature only 2' from this unit was maybe lowered by just 2-4 degrees when running the unit 4-6 hours in a 200 sqft space. And on many nights the air temperature outside was lower than the air temperature inside of my space because the unit could not exhaust enough hot air and humidity from the room. Overall the impact on the room temperature on hot nights, when you're trying to sleep from this unit is negligible. It's just a very expensive fan. ... show more

Great but a lot of water
It's great honestly and I haven't run into any issues with it. The way yo empty out the water build up in the ac is a bit confusing, I wish I could fully remove it but we've kinda just poured it out if the machine in the shower. Idk if thats safe but we'll see if it breaks bc of it.
