I'm overweight, out of shape and have really bad knees -- knew I needed to do SOMETHING and looked at exercise bikes. I wanted something with a small footprint because I really don't need another huge clothing hanger in the middle of my room. I did need some help assembling, but mostly because I couldn't get down on the floor to put together the main supports. My niece, who loves to assemble, came and put it together. My part was running and rewinding the assembly video and confirming that she was doing each step correctly. It took about an hour and a half. I love this bike! (well, if you can love exercise). It's very sturdy for my weight, very quiet, very smooth motion. The arm resistance pulls are a nice extra. No way to increase the resistance, but it gives me something to do to help pass the time, and I do think it is giving me a LITTLE big of strength training -- plus throwing in some arm pulls helps bring up my heart rate a little. I've only tried the leg pulls (at the back) once, but my knees were very inflamed, and I think I need to wait a bit to try those again. It's intended to "fold up and roll" for easy storage, but it's very lightweight and I find it very easy to move across my floor to have it near the tv. I don't really anticipate the need to fold it because it's so easy to move without that. But some people may really like that option. The one thing I hadn't considered was lifting my leg up and over the main frame, but I manage. I'm 70, and my knees are already wonky, but I"m very careful. I do a couple of knee lifts, and then grab onto my pants or socks to help lift my leg over. Have to do the same to dismount, but it works. I keep telling myself to BE CAREFUL! I've ridden about 15 minutes every night for about 10 days now, and it's something I think I can continue -- increasing time and tension as I get stronger. And after each ride, I reward myself with ice cream! LOL

I bought this mainly because of the recumbent feature and the folding ability. I was looking for something I could use to exercise and get my heart rate up. I am a senior and have fibromyalgia, arthritis and sciatic nerve problems so I wasn’t very active. This was a great buy!!! I had a very small annoyance so I contacted the company to see if I could fix it my self, it was just a tiny thing, but the company said that it wasn’t supposed to happen and they would feel better if they sent me another one, free of charge, no S&H!!! That’s really awesome customer service!!! They have been so nice and professional!!! Would recommend 1000 %!!! Also I put it together by my self in 1hr and 42 mins😊. It is so easy to operate and fold. The wheels in the front make it easy to move. The size is perfect for me especially with it folded up, it fits in my room. It’s very quiet, the arm exerciser bands are great!!! I get my arms and legs done at the same time. I haven’t use the leg exercise bands yet but I’m sure I will. I think there’s a lot of room to “grow” with this bike, the tension knob can be increased, and the time can be added to and the more challenging positions of what kind of ride. The health data that it keeps track is another bonus. It’s pretty large and easy to see. Definitely recommend!!!👍🏻👍🏻😊 I did buy a gel seat cover but that’s because of my health issues.

This bike is very well made and thought out. Strong metal, not aluminum. However, as being an engineer myself, I found a few frivolous flaws. As promised by Manufacturing, "Indoor Exercise Bike for Seniors, 5 IN 1 Foldable Stationary Bike with 16-Level Magnetic Resistance and Tri-Position Ride, 300LBS Capacity, 5.5 LBS Flywheel, Designed for Home Workout". All true, it works very well, and it is a great value for the asking price. I also want to add that this; this exercise bike is sleek, nice looking and easy to fold. (Initial assembly is not so easy unless you have handyman tools like me). When folded for storage before next use, it's footprint is exactly what the manufacturer/seller says. It is very convenient and tucks away nicely until your next use. Now as an engineer. The manufacturer could remove the term "for seniors" with 3 adjustments. 1. Provide a one-piece handlebar assembly, no screws. 2. Provide a one-piece upper arm assembly that connect the handlebars, no screws. 3. Suggestion... Reverse the sitting upright seat grab bar. In this way, you still provide function for stability yet also provide an additional exercise for chest pressing. Not to forget to mention, you can use your already designed bicep curl strength bungee cords under the seat in a much more effective way. Overall, brilliant design! Kudos! Nice product, great value. Awesome for Mom and Pop's... But you will have to put it together for them. In good health!

Got this bike for my mom after her knee replacement. She loves it! It took my son about 20 minutes or so to put it together, he said it was very easy. We have had this since December 2024 and no complaints. It is compact and hardly takes up any room. The pulleys are also great for your arms for a full body work out. Very simple to use the information panel not confusing to program and read. Lastly it has a back rest which is needed. I am buying her another one to keep at her sisters when she's there. Great bike, love it!

I purchased this because at my age, 65, I seem to just keep adding weight and feeling sluggish. I love to ride my bike in the summer but living in Minnesota, that is not an option in the winter. This exercise bike is perfect for my needs. I don't think it's meant to be used like the big heavy stationary bikes that you see Peloton users, for example, riding. It is great for my needs. I ride it 4-5 times a week. I keep it in the living room so I can ride it any time that I feel like it. It is compact and fits in a corner nicely. I easily put it together myself. I haven't had any issues! Meets all my expectations! Great price!
