I wore these walking, running and for yoga. Walking and running the under lining/gymnastics shorts liner does ride up as it is already short in length. This was fine for shorter runs, but for long walks my thighs chafed. Ouch. For yoga the underlining shorts rode up a lot. It felt more like a pair of full coverage underwear for legs up the wall, half pigeon, etc. The flowy outer layer is amazing, super pretty, very flattering. I will wear these for short runs and short walks.

Love these shorts. They can wrinkled so I hand washed with cold water and hung to dry. Came out perfectly. I'm 5'6 145-150lbs and usually wear a size medium. Reading the reviews I decided to go for the large and I'm really glad I did. The spandex underlayer covers my bottom and I can squat without it riding up. The flowy outerlayer is very light and allows for quick drying.

I almost love these shorts! great quality, exactly what I expected, except for the fact they are really really short :/ I am 5'9 and they are way shorter than I thought they would be, so wont be able to wear them as often as I wanted. Also, the spandex shorts on the inside ride up a lot, not sure if it is like that for everyone but I am constantly having to pull the shorts down so my butt is covered.
