After a few successful seasons raising hens, we started getting requests from neighbors asking how to set up the same system we have. That’s when we decided: why not hatch our own chicks too? Enter the Caifunway incubator. This thing has made the entire experience ridiculously fun, especially for my daughters. Watching an egg go from perfectly smooth shell… to tiny crack… to full-blown wobbly newborn chick is like nature’s version of a live-action Pixar movie. The built-in HD camera is honestly what sold us. Being able to check on the eggs from our phones without opening the lid (and messing with temperature/humidity) is huge. My girls check it more often than they check their text messages. We even recorded part of the hatch on an SD card so we could replay “the big moment” like it was the Super Bowl. The automatic egg turning is another win. I don’t have time to sit there rotating eggs like a nervous mother hen. This does it for you and stops automatically before hatch day. I’m extremely happy with this 12-egg chicken incubator! It was very easy to set up and the instructions were clear, even for a beginner. The temperature and humidity stayed consistent throughout the entire incubation period, which gave me great peace of mind. I especially appreciated the clear viewing window so I could check on the eggs without disturbing them. The automatic egg turning worked perfectly and saved a lot of time and effort. Hatch rates were excellent, and the chicks came out strong and healthy. This incubator is compact, reliable, and well worth the price.
