The media could not be loaded. This is a great incubator. It is easy to take apart and clean the different racks and pieces. It is quite large, but it is surprisingly light. It feels like it is about 40-50 pounds so I can move it around myself. The door is easy to remove and relatch. The instructions are easy to follow on how to start the incubation process and how to put it all together to make sure when the eggs hatch the animals do not fall all the way to the bottom and die. The buttons are easy to press and program. I do wish these had wheels, but the handles are easy to grab for moving. It is easy enough to build a base or enclosure for it with wheels to move it around. This will be great for my chicken and quail eggs.

Bought the 204 egg incubator, did my first round of hatching would have giving a 4.5 if I could instead of 5 star but you can’t give 1/2 stars. Filled one tray with 52 chicken eggs (that’s about all would fit so 156 is what the accurate number is for chicken eggs). Out of the 52, I had 5 not fertile and only lost one during the lockdown/hatching phase. So out of my fertile eggs got about 98% hatch rate. I don’t know longevity of incubator because that was my first hatch and I did inside my house. I might not get as good of a hatch rate if it was outside a climate controlled space like my garage. Only reason I said I would take a 1/2 star off is their aren’t any assembly instructions that come with it(It’s not hard to figure out) and when eggs are turning it will slowly creep their way to the outtwr edges of incubator and you’ll have to open it and kinda reorganize them about every 3-5 days. But for the price compared to some of the other incubators it’s a good buy I would def buy it again.

The egg rotators make all the eggs bunch together in one end causing eggs to no longer turn and then causing early death in chicks before hatch date. Also humidity pan is on bottom of incubator and don’t make it to the top of incubator properly and keeping humidity level steady is impossible.
