Easy to set up and operate. Has lots of room for eggs and lots of space for new chicks. Also comes with small water and feeder that fits inside the incubator for when chicks hatch. Shipped quickly.

I wish they would have made the Styrofoam easier to remove being I needed to save it for use. Nothing duct-tape didn't fix. Was not as advertised. the picture had a bottle for the water attached. Did not come with such item. Instructions were total CRAP. Would have been better toilet paper than instructions. But got it figured out and set eggs yesterday so will update. READ THE INSTRUCTION 5 OR 6 TIME BEFOR YOU START. DO NOT BREAK STYROFOAM ON OUTSIDE.

The incubator is a great value and well made. It is simple and easy to use and it took the guesswork out of the process. The humidity control and egg turner are great features. When it’s running it’s very quiet and reliable.

Not very accurate incubator it struggles to hold temperature properly compared to other incubators i have running. Terrible on humidity control and the digital dash has glitches. Made in China you can definitely tell highly disappointed in this brand. It's constantly every temperature above and below what I need when being in a room with a few other incubators that are working perfectly. If you open the temperature falls out extremely fast as well I open other incubators I have and they regain temperature easy soon as I close em this one struggles to regain temperature. Just today the dashboard is now glitching out showing 0s and flipping back maybe its just faulty.
