Would give 0 stars if I could. Struggled to hold humidity and when I exchanged for another one, that one struggled even worse to get up to the minimum humidity required. Then while in lockdown it stopped holding temp and would only get to 80° max. I literally had to put a water bottle in there to keep my last hatch warm enough until it dried. I tried hatching 12 eggs and only 4 of those 12 hatched because this thing made it impossible to control temp and humidity. Wouldn’t use it again if someone paid me to. Do not waste your money on this garbage.

It's a really good incubator but it's so hard to connect to the wifi or bluetooth that I just gave up. Plus they don't fit large eggs. So I had to take a pair of wire snips and cut some of the dividers to be able to fit my large eggs, which worked good. The only reason why i'm giving it a four star is the terrible instructions and not being able to connect it to wifi or bluetooth.

Nice looking unit, seems to work ok. No setup instructions, only a guide on how to setup app. Large eggs don’t fit turner, only medium.

It is neat that you can see inside the incubator through the app. That feature makes the whole process more interesting, especially if you are using it for a classroom, kids, or just like being able to check on things without opening the incubator. That feature along with the app notifications make this a good value for the listed price. The incubator itself appears to be durable and well made. I cannot really comment on the hatch rate for this incubator because I used guinea fowl eggs, and not a single one of them ended up being fertile. Since the eggs were not fertile, that does not tell me much about how well the incubator would hatch under normal conditions. Setup with the app was a little confusing at first, so I would expect to spend a little time getting that figured out. Once connected, though, I did like the smart features. One feature I really appreciated was the phone alert when the humidity dropped and it needed more water. That is very helpful because humidity is easy to overlook, and getting an alert makes it much easier to stay on top of it. My final thoughts are that this is a neat smart incubator with useful app monitoring and humidity alerts. I cannot rate the hatch performance based on my eggs, but the features are helpful once you get through the setup. I will update the review if I find that it does not perform well when I try with some chicken eggs.

Absolute junk. Put a thermometer in there it won’t get past 97.8 degrees but said it was 101. Humidity on app says 54% and on my thermometer it says 47%. So like multiple other people said, do not buy. I’m glad I watched the reviews and decided to give it a try and glad i did the thermometer because i bought eggs to hatch and they would have been ruined.

Near perfect performance of this incubator. The camera and app are really unique and great features - they provided peace of mind and also made it easy to update settings. It was easy to set up the app. The egg turner is basic but works - it isn’t going to keep the eggs upright so it’s best not to use this for hatching shipped eggs. The temperature and humidity were accurate and helped us to successfully hatch an egg abandoned by a hen. She hatched perfectly, no moisture issues. The only minor complaint I have is that the white caps that the water bottles screw into are really hard to pop out of the base so you can refill them.
