The media could not be loaded. Just got this treadmill today so far I love it. I work from home. It is quiet. Easy to use. Easy to set up. Came in perfect condition and a day early. The app seems easy to use although it did have a glitch like closed out the first time I was trying to set up a program. I like to count my steps and I don’t see that just distance. It has lbs to loose up to 7 but not a goal weight. Just something to note not a big deal. I tried a short walk and the home page didn’t register the short walk not sure if I’m doing something wrong or maybe takes time for it to update. I haven’t done much with it yet but so far does its job. I’m hoping it will track my walks without having to have watch or phone on me. I’ll update as I use it more. Only reason I didn’t give 5 yet is disappointed doesn’t do steps, so far homepage not registering my workout and the workouts are for runs that I see not walks. I’ll learn more tomorrow, but these aren’t deal breakers for me. It’s seems well made and works is most important. I can always get data from my phone or get a watch. Update day two. I work from home and walk all day. So far this doesn’t automatically take data from walking pad to app. Like I thought it did. . It looks like actually have to enter one of their only running programs. A+ for pad E for the app it has some growth to be made. About month update. I've been wanting to get a walking pad/treadmill since I was 100% full-time remote at home, but starting sometime this year I have to go in 4x a month. I do tend to work out in the mornings before starting work, but I felt like I never got enough cardio before I leave the gym. Since I'm mostly sitting at home all day, I thought this would be good to have at home to get my steps in. At the gym, I only ran 1-2 miles tops or just spend 20-25 minutes at 3.0 speed if I'm only walking. This treadmill helps me get to 10k steps easily. There's hardly any set-up that you need to do. This walking pad already comes assembled, but all you have to do is attach the safety strap and screw in the phone holder to the arm rest. The arm rest itself has a latch on the side that you have to fasten or else it'll fall on you. You also have to pull the plastic tag from the remote, and connect it to the treadmill which is simple to do. Recommended instructions are to lube 10 mL of treadmill lube underneath for 10 seconds and then walk for a bit to distribute the oil. I did have to adjust my belt a few times, but it's pretty easy doing so. You need to use the allen wrench that it comes with and you either need to twist the bolt left or right and let the treadmill run for a few seconds while it adjusts. I was able to use it this morning and it's pretty simple to use. You can start, pause, or stop any workouts. It does calculate your distance, kCal, time, and speed. You can connect this treadmill to bluetooth, but I'm unsure if it counts towards any fitness apps. I just had my fitness app on my apple watch go while I was on the treadmill. Otherwise, this is pretty good so far! It's definitely not too narrow at all (me being 5'1 and a size 10). It does hold up to 265 lbs, which can accommodate most people if anything. The wheels towards the display make it easy to store and use the treadmill whenever I want. There is also an on/off switch that you have to press before and after each use. Definitely a great walking pad so far! I'll update my review in case anything comes up or goes wrong. ... show more
