Awesome pool for the price but you MUST buy the Intex 2500 GPH pump for $105 dollars. The pump that comes with this pool is garbage and does not work well at all. You must absolutely buy the intex 2500 GPH pump because it is a beast and works brilliantly with this best way pool. The pump is only $105 and then you buy the Intex adapter which is $5 for two of them and you absolutely need the adapter for it to work with this pool. But once you get it the setup will be fantastic. Pool liner is strong and it looks great it's tall. It's easy to put together but the pool cover has holes in it on top there's four holes and I hate that feature. By the plastic clamps at Lowe's for $14 to help put the pool cover on makes a huge difference on ease. If you do not plan on buying the Intex pool pump then don't even bother buying this pool because the pump that comes with it is garbage. ... show more

    • Decent Pool - Can't Beat the Price

The pool was fairly easy to assemble (recommend 2 or 3 people, but one person could do it alone if needed with a bit more frustration). There are no tools required, and the parts are interlocking and designed to be disassembled easily for storage. The pump isn't super powerful, but it has worked consistently and kept the water fairly clear (along with the proper water treatment, etc). The feet are plastic, so I can't give a 5 star on sturdiness there, however, this isn't a problem if you have a good, solid, flat surface. On dirt, the feet will dig into the ground a bit when water sloshes over the side, but it can be dug out if needed. For the price, I hope to get one good summer out of it, to be honest, and I think that's definitely possible from what I've seen so far. Consider putting some flat boards down under the feet and use a very level area (we did this, and it makes a difference). Great for the money. Can't beat the price. ... show more

    • Great Pool But Pump Malfunctions

This is a good pool, no leaks, is sturdy and was assembled easily. My only issue is that the pump shuts off after the timed cycle is finished and I have to unplug and start over again each time. The pump works otherwise, I just have to unplug and replug/restart every day. I don't feel like dealing with returning the pool so I will deal with it this year and probably buy a new pump next year, which is frustrating. ... show more

I put our new pool up almost a week ago and the kids love it! They've been out there every day swimming. It's a great size (we got the 14'). The downsides are that I couldn't get the ladder steps to fit on correctly even after several attempts to do so, but I don't feel like it's going to break. Also, I haven't found an easy solution for heating the pool. I want something on the cheaper end, but most cheap solutions are for heating water in a bath tub, not a 4,000+ gallon pool. If I want something to heat this size of pool, it will cost several hundred or even a thousand dollars. That's not really an issue with the pool itself, just something to consider before buying. Even without the heater, the kids have loved it. Also the cover is extremely difficult to put on with just one person. I honestly thought they sent the wrong size. The upsides: this keeps the kids busy and active for a couple hours. They've even gone out a couple times in the same day! The pool is very easy to set up. I set it up myself in a couple of hours. It's very straight forward. It came with most everything needed to get started (aside from the chemicals and tools to keep it clean). I love that it's big enough for even adults to enjoy. Definitely would recommend to keep your kids busy, active and cool throughout the summer. ... show more

I did a lot of research on above ground pools before I purchased one because I feel like everyone has horror stories with above ground pools. I came across this pool & it seemed like the best one to go with. I got nervous because I read some reviews where people did have issues with holes or missing parts, but most reviews were on the positive side. We ordered the pool & bought some sand to put underneath. Once the sand was placed, we began setting up the pool. It was a rather quick set up! The pool took about half a day to fill up. We’ve now had it up for about 2+ months & couldn’t be happier with the purchase! I had no idea about caring for & cleaning a pool. After about a week the water became very green. I did more research & bought some chlorine tablets & shock. After adding a half a bag of $7 shock & 1 chlorine tablet, the pool was brand new within an hour, but still cloudy as the chemicals were still working. I clean out the filter 1-2 times a day as we have a lot of trees around us that litter the water with debris. I shock the pool once a week. & I add 1 chlorine tablet a month. Once I got into the pattern of knowing how to care for the pool, it became super easy. Everyday I’m in the pool I scrub the walls with a scrub daddy I keep in the pool, & skim out all the debris. I’m the mom & I get more use out of this pool than my kids & they are in it nonstop lol. If you are wondering wether or not to go with this pool, do it! ... show more
