The rod slips into a bucket or tub, you plug it in, and it warms up in a short time. For days when I want a hot foot soak or just want to warm some bathwater quickly, it does the job without any unnecessary fuss. One thing I noticed: you’ve got to keep the heating element fully submerged and avoid touching the water or rod while it’s on.
