I purchased it specifically to reduce my electricity bill by avoiding long hot water runs in the bathtub. This device has exceeded my expectations and is the perfect solution for my needs. I have some things like buckets to soak my feet in or a bucket I would use when mopping or a doggie bathtub for our dog. The problem I kept running into with these things is that the water gets cold very quickly in my home for some reason. I don't know about you but I don't want to soak my feet in cold water. And if I'm trying to mop the floor I want the water hot. Same goes for giving our dog a bath. That's where this comes in. And it gets HOT fast. It is somewhat annoying that it can't be used while I have my feet soaking, for example, but obviously that's so we don't electrocute ourselves lol. So, I heat the water up nice and hot, it only takes a few minutes, then I do whatever I needed the hot water for, and if it gets cold before I'm done I just remove anything that's in the water and put this back in and reheat it. It would be more of a pain if it took longer to heat up but thankfully it doesn't take much time at all. Aside from that, it's easy to use with easy to follow instructions. It also lets you choose a temperature and then you can set a timer. Just make sure you follow the directions to the letter and you won't have any problems.
