I've owned non stick pans before,But this cast iron non stick skillet is the best pan I've owned in 40 years. Never spent so much before, but with coupon or prime day it was attainable. Cooks steaks @ chicken beautifully. Its more tender, juicy @ tastefull. Buy one u won't regret it.

I am in my 70s cook all the time have have probably tried every type of nonstick fry pan there is. This one so far wins hands down. It gets the heat I like from the old iron pan but it lighter. Because it is iron it won’t warp like the thinner nonstick pans if I get it too hot. Best, to clean it after use I literally wipe it with a damp paper towel.
