I've been coloring my hair since I was 15 and I'm 65 now. I've used several different brands and always achieved great results, except today. I was born blonde but around 15 my hair darkened to what we used to call "dish water" blonde. So, I started dying it back to my original color, a lighter golden blonde. I did this well into my late 50's when I started noticing hair thinning. I decided to let my hair go grey and by the time I reached 65, I was grey down past my shoulders. However, since my hair reaches past my butt and I don't want to cut it, I decided to color my hair grey and end this two color "style" I've got going on. I used 2 boxes and everything thing seemed OK until my scalp started burning a little. Since I only had about 15 minutes left, I waited it out. It wasn't uncomfortable, it just felt like burn you might get with an old home perm kit. I finished the process but after my hair dried I realized that the length of my hair was STILL blonde! And if that wasn't enough, my naturally grey hair was still grey but with some blue mixed in. I won't be using this hair color again. Next time, I'm just going to let the professionals do it.

Color looked super cute on my daughter. It only lasted for 1 wash. I don’t know if it was the dye or her hair but the dye was expensive enough that I didn’t want to buy it again for it to fail.

Well I'm a guy and have or did have platinum blonde hair, my hair is picky when it comes to dyes! The reviews I read we're about 50/50 so I took a chance lol. My hair turned out great and with the (Astro Babe)/Lavender that I thought I'd look good with! My techniques I used is I pintch my hair,use a pick not a comb and go in north,south,east and west directions multiple time's. My hair is thin so I left this dye in my hair for an hour and a half with no damage done! This would probably be harder for women because of the length of hair etc... I gave a 4 ⭐ because most dye products have the developer at least at half this does not but since my hair is shorter it was plenty for me and did not have to use all of it. I like the fact this does not smell or cause any sting to the scalp! I look good in burgundy and now this lol. My hole process time is about 3 hours so patience is key to I think. I also leave the Hydrater in for 20 minutes not 5 as this makes your hair softer and shiny! Hope this review helps with your hair and your thought's! Thanks...

My hair don’t get any pink added to it. This is a waste of money. I had to redo my hair after using this. I was a very light blonde when I used it hoping for a light pink, but It left nothing on my hair.

At first I was very hopeful, the application bottle had plenty to use and the consistency was really smooth and creamy so it went on pretty easily. I have longer hair so there’s always a struggle but compared to normal it seemed easier. Skip ahead to after dying it—twice— the color is nice for a day or two and then disappears. It’s left me with a well toned version of my original color, but all of the purple washes out, and I didn’t even wash with shampoo those days. I’ve done maaaaaany hair dying kits. This was probably the worst results, because I feel beautiful with this color for a day, then get a weird washed out style, not worth the money with this turnout and the brand won’t even talk to me when I reached out.. maybe it’ll become a trend for no one to be able to know your hair color?
