From a hardware standpoint, this printer has been solid. It feels well built, prints very quickly once a job is received, and produces clean, consistent labels. The auto loading works well with different label sizes, and setup on the physical side was straightforward. Where my experience became mixed was with the software, especially depending on the platform being used. Printing from a phone over Bluetooth worked reliably, and once everything was set up correctly, labels printed without issue. The mobile app is usable and functional, though the process of preparing certain shipping labels took more steps than I expected. Using Bluetooth from a Mac was less smooth in my case. The printer itself is fast, but sending the label from the computer often took much longer than expected. This made printing multiple labels feel inefficient compared to how quickly the printer is actually capable of working. Wired connections seemed to perform better, though that limits portability for what is otherwise a compact device. Another minor drawback for me was the included power adapter. It works fine, but it is quite large relative to the printer itself, which makes packing or traveling with it less convenient than it could be. Despite those issues, the printer has done its job once everything is configured correctly. For basic label printing, especially at this price point, it performs well and has been reliable in daily use. I think the hardware is strong, and with some refinement to the software experience, it could be an even better option.

This little printer is awesome. Setting it up with Bluetooth on my phone was quick, and now I can print shipping labels directly without firing up the computer. It's fast and the print quality is sharp enough for barcodes to scan every time. Saves me so much time.

As a former IT Systems Admin, I can't give this product my full support. First, the connectivity and usability is a bit painful. You have to use a separate app (which I believe is iOS only). The app itself works fine in my testing. It's able to quickly find and connect to the printer over Bluetooth. But the workflow to get a file to print is painful. For example, I was hoping to use this printer to print out Amazon return labels onto adhesive labels (versus printing paper, cutting the label, and taping on to the package). In order to do this, you have to save the label from Amazon to your phone as a PDF, go into the "Files" app on your phone, find the label PDF, and open in the special app (which requires you to scroll the list Apps to the left until you see "More" and then find the Here Label app icon". Once it opens in the Here Label you have to crop and rotate the label so it prints just the label. Once that's done it prints flawlessly. It includes a usb cable to connect your computer but Windows does not recognize the device right away. You need to find and install drivers. The printer comes with a USB flash stick but I'm not sticking a random USB drive into my computer (and neither should you). You can supposedly also download the drivers from the iDPRT website but I could not find the correct drivers. The drivers are organized by product model number and so you need to search out the product number. I did not see it on the Amazon webpage but it is located on the side of the box itself. But, again, I'm not going to download and install drivers from some random company. My second major issue with this printer is its not really portable. Yes, the printer itself is small, but the 36 watt power brick for the printer is basically just as big as the printer. It would have been nice to see the printer having a USB C input for power given most everyone now has chargers that can handle 36 watts (not sure this printer even needs that much juice). Ultimately, this goes in the buy but with major caution category. Perhaps if you can put aside the safety concerns for drivers and use a platform like ShipStation, then this printer will do what you need. But for my needs it falls short.

This label printer is easy to use and set up. The instructions are clear and simple to follow. I use it with a Mac although there are instructions for a PC as well. The printer works fine and the finished product looks good enough, but the whole process can be a little trial and error until you figure out the right settings since it does not specify what software to use for the typing. That's frustrating. Also, the labels are on the larger side, better for packages and boxes than typical letter-sized envelopes. Overall, it works well enough with my computer and makes labeling boxes easier. But I do wish it had come with its own software because it can be frustrating trying to figure all that out.

Our old iDPRT shipping label printer served us well for a long time. This one is more compact but still has the same speed and is just as easy to use. Placing the labels into printer is easy and the feed always sets to the correct position. The labels are clear and very fast with an adhesive backing that sticks well to the packages. Initially tried to use the old drivers but ended up using the included ones. Creating fragile labels was easy to import into label printing software as well. Nice to be able to print directly into the software versus printing on regular paper and taping to the boxes. Overall, very satisfied with the speed, clarity and the fact I do not have any jamming. Setup is fairly painless and everything works well once the software/drivers are installed. Good value IMO for this little workhorse.
