Purchased this for my 80 year old mother to get away from the typical plastic tarps that only hold water and debris, which plagued her deeply. Now a quick blast with the blower over the flat surface and done! I went with the 20x40 cover, Installation took just over an hour with 30 anchor points. This seems well made and water just runs right through it. Cost was a bit more expensive than a tarp but not the most expensive option out there either. Note: As seen in the pictures I did not do the typical installation ; instead of drilling holes in the concrete I simply hammered 1/2 EMT conduit in the ground right next to the concrete Great product , Great concept Excited for the low maintenance winter; only time will tell how well it holds up. ... show more

great price, great quality out of the box, everything minus the rotary hammer (better than a hammer drill, rent one if needed) and the 3/4 concrete drill bit is included. measurements are spot on. instructions are great minus how to thread the strap. which i threaded as follows: go up through both loops flip forward towards the pool around the springs loop into the knurled ring and pull through towards the pool above the strap that came from the pool and you are set. rest is well explained. really hoping the UV will not do a number on it as its a prefect fit and seems of great quality. installation first time was several hours working alone with some OCD, expecint next season the install will take no more than an hour. attachment points will get out of the way in the summer and be reused in the winters. very nice product. ... show more

This is a must have for the outside pool under any kind of tree. This cover is made of excellent material and is heavy duty. I put this cover on at the end of the summer and now instead of cleaning oak leaves out of my pool day in and day out I just blow them off the cover. The hardest thing about putting this cover on is setting the anchors for the hold downs. this is also a safety cover that I would recommend if you have small children or pets. I wish that I had bought this cover years ago. I would buy this cover again... ... show more

I absolutely love this pool cover! The install of the anchor bolts took some time, but next year it will be a breeze to remove and cover, once again. We have had lots of rain and the cover holds no water - it just seeps through and/or dries up. A bit pricy, so I am hoping this lasts for many seasons, but in comparison with what I have spent over the years for other covers, which I end up throwing away after one winter, it's not bad! It has definitely made my life lots easier! ... show more

Seems to be good quality All pieces were there even though they were all just thrown into the bottom of the box. Instructions included were less than helpful but if you use common sense it's a pretty easy install.
