The K-21 model is an upgrade for me from the K-18 which I was very pleased with. There are a lot of new features, and I'm still exploring and experimenting which ones suit my needs best. I have the K18’s which have worked well for me. When one failed near the end of the 1 year warranty period, the company was right on it with a replacement. My K18’s are working fine after 1 1/2 years, but when I replace them the new model with the US chips, auto-on and recharging case (like Air Pods) will be my choice. ... show more
