I was a little hesitant of picking up these fans for my home, but decided to give it a shot. These are quite large and recommend for like a living room/great room or a decent sized master bedroom. Let's start with the installation: it's a little more involved due to the size of the fan, but not too difficult. I'm quite impressed with the fact they came with EVERYTHING you need to install them (mounting bracket, screws, two different sized down rods - which is rare on most fans, and decent instructions). The price point is very good for everything you get too. The light is bright, the fan is quite quiet, and they come with a remote control that is unique to the unit it came with (I installed two in close rooms and the remotes don't operate the other fans it didn't come with). You will need to turn the fan on with 1 to move to the higher speeds for this, as it will struggle to try and kick off to high speed from a dead stop, not a deal breaker, but a good tip to share. These do have LED lighting (very bright and dimmable). It does appear that if it dies you may not be able to easily replace it and may need to replace the entire fan. Overall, I could see myself buying these again if needed or recommend them. I'll update my review after a few months of use.

Everything works as advertised and then some. I searched for this one for years and love what I found. It’s quiet and moves a lot of air with lots of choices on how to move that air. I bought a flush mounting kit so it would hug the ceiling. It worked great. I couldn’t be happier with this fan and very adjustable light.

Great fan tons of air flow. Love the different speeds and light dimmer. Looks great. Cons: remote seems cheap, a few washers were missing but had some handy, had to buy a different bracket. Install took longer than expected. Other issue was old fan had 1 wall switch for light and 1 wall switch for fan, hooked up new fan with remote to old light switch and disconnected fan switch.

We just received our fan and we love it but let me tell you a little about our installation we installed everything wires, etc. we thought to use a little logic and check to make sure everything was working before we installed the blades. We turned on the power use the remote light worked all the functions except the fan would not stay on. we called customer service and they were very helpful. They said that the blades needed to be installed so that the fan wouldn’t work we tried it and sure enough it did logic went out the window for us at that time lol just found this great installation was a little tedious but overall not too bad this film really throws out some air because our whole bedroom corner to corner sides of our room is 14 x 16. We we are so happy that this fad does with it the seller said it would do we’d love it love it love it definitely this fan is worth purchasing a definite order recommend especially with the price level. It is apparently $600 for the size of fan that we bought, we were hesitant at first when we purchased the fan but we’re glad that we did the light the fan is very bright and it has different settings as well as some dimming options which is great customer service was great. I definitely would recommend this so remember don’t use logic. Make sure you install everything to the fan lol lol thanks again. Hope this helps for someone interested in purchasing. Thanks Ruben

This fan is the hykolity Calling Fan with light and Remote 65 inch Farmhouse large Ceiling Fan. I've put up many ceiling fans. This one was easier than most to install. The entire fan is made of metal except for the blades and the light diffuser. It's very quite and the light is very bright for one light with many color options and dimming. Any negative reviews I believe are for other fans, certainly not this one. When installing, like most fans, make sure that you have the ball joint turned so that it fits into a groove to lock it in place. That way you will be able slide the control module in above it with no problem. You only have 20 screws to put in to hold the blades on. That's it. Other fans have many more screws to install. That's a plus and they are very easy to put in, even on the ladder after installing the motor. By easy, I mean they don't get cross threaded easily, like some other fans I've installed. I believe this will be the easiest and best looking fan you will purchase and install.
