I love this pump. I have three aquariums, and the pump provides ample air to the two devices in each tank. It was very simple to set up, and I got it going in no time. I like that it is adjustable, and the AC/DC capability ensures that my tanks will continue to be supplied with air in the event of a power interruption. It is a tad noisy, but that's probably just because I'm used to the three Hygger air pumps I was using previously, as they are whisper-quiet. Considering the amount of work this pump is doing, the slight noise is quite acceptable. I own many Hygger products, and they are all superior to any other brands I have owned.

This is almost a must have when you have the true investment in a decent size fish tank. We found this out a few weeks ago when we had a power outage. The fish tank is my spouse's realm as I enjoy looking at them but not taken care of them. We originally had the the pump and air flow hooked up to a battery backup that also ran our server but as you can imagine, that gets drained pretty quickly when multiple things are using it. With the power outage it was out for about 7 hours and and we were living on a prayer that the fish were okay. This is definitely a game changer for two reasons. The first being that when you do have a power outage when plugged in, this automatically kicks on to keep air flow moving. You can adjust to the size of your tank and though we have not tested the 100 hour theory on the lowest setting, that is what it's supposed to last. While using it on high, it's supposed to last 8 hours. We have used it for a couple of hours and it was great. The second reason for it's great use is, my spouse just did a full change out of everything when doing deeper cleans on your tank. Our 100 gallon tan had some black algae issues. They were able to move the fish to a smaller temporary tank while completely emptying and cleaning everything from air pumps to filters to decorations. This was a lifesaver as he didn't have to worry about the time clock while doing it. The setup is easy and thank goodness it does run fairly quiet when on a solid surface. That is the one thing that I don't like about our existing system now is it is a little noisier than I would like because we have a huge and almost overly powerful setup. This works great and is dependable and will definitely give us peace of mind when we are not home and we lose power. The setup was easy. Air volume is fantastic and I think this was a wonderful addition.

I got this pump for my three fish tanks that house loaches and plecos. Both types are stream fish. They like a lot of oxygen rich water . I always buy variable air pumps of higher capacity, so I could run them slower and they run a lot longer when diaphragms are underloaded. This pump is huge, but very very quiet, especially running at a lower pump cycle per second rate. It consumes 40W of power at max capacity and produces more than 600 GPH of air. I plan to feed three fish tanks with two stones each in each for better distribution. The pump has a backup battery and can run up to eight hours without the electricity. I had power outages in the past and fish were visibly stressed without normal oxygen flow. Stainless distributor with six individually closed by quarter turn valves outlets are included. I also got eight stones (two extra ones), tubing and a check valve.

I honestly thought this thing was much smaller but I'm really happy with it overall. The pump itself is pretty quiet but moves a lot more air than i thought it would. I was able to oxygenate two full-size livewells packed with fish for two days worth of fishing with absolutely no problems and I didn't have to charge it once. The material quality is great, very durable, even after repeatedly dropping it. It's powerful and the battery is great, would recommend for the angler in your life.

This rechargeable aquarium air pump surprised me with how much power it has for its size. The airflow is strong and steady, and it started bubbling immediately once it was hooked up.
