Features

  • Fine bubble Oxygen stone refines the air output from the air pump into a particle bubble, which is smaller and denser, like the "atomization" effect, and the bubble size can be adjusted, and the different oxygenation amount can satisfy different use requirements
  • High dissolved oxygen rate] Compared with ordinary bubble stone, the nano bubble stone emits more bubbles, and the gas and the water surface are more widely contacted, which makes the dissolved oxygen amount larger
  • Quality Nanomaterials: The nano-stone is sintered at high temperature. The material is sturdy and durable. It can be used for a long time and has better dissolved oxygen effect. When the bubble burst into the water, the sound is super quiet
  • Air pump wattage The weighs of air stone is 1.8ounces/51grams and is easily placed at the bottom of the fish tank, suitable for fresh water and salt water. It is driven by an air pump of 1 watts or more. PS: The deeper the water, you may need to use a larger wattage air pump to drive it
  • Air pump accessories: 1.4 inch nano air disk stone, 1 control valve, 1 check valve, 2 suction cups. Note: Hose and air pump are not included

  • Excellent Fine Bubbles!
Size: 4 Inch
These are great stones and really produce fine bubbles/ My only "complaint" is that the intake stem is verticle, which presented some challenges for me, as I was placing them under decorations (2 under a large ship. That meant the airline got bent/crimped, no matter what I did. I had to "improvise" and buy a set of (fortunately inexpensive) elbow joints and connect them with small bits of tubing in order to get the airline down to the level it needed to be and flat - once that was gone, all was great. Highly recommended! ... show more

  • Need to clean regularly
Size: 2 Inch
Surface gets filled up with algae to the point that the bubbles become really large. Have to clean about every month. Best method I found is to use a flattening stone set for wet stones, taking off just the top clogged surface. This way it runs just like new after cleaning. Also, make sure to run the 2 inch version with at least a 3w pump, else only half of the stone will produce bubbles. If you have a 3w pump with 2 outputs like me, you’ll have to connect both of the pump outputs to the stone. ... show more

  • Powerful Little Stone
Size: 2 Inch
The media could not be loaded. This thing puts out a lot of bubbles. I really like how it looks and my fish, so far, seem to appreciate it. The only drawback is, the bubbles are so fine, that, it makes my tank sound like it's fizzing. I don't mind it but others might not care for it. Other than that, I love it. I actually have 2 of them in my 125G tank. ... show more

  • Several shrimp, a ramshorn snail, and several aquaric plants approve of this product
Size: 1.4 Inch
Firstly, unrelated to this store or its products, I dislike Amazon and try to avoid ordering from it 99% of the time. I'm a dork that tries to buy from relatively local brick and mortar stores or try to make an online purchase from the later..... But gez man! Tiny airstones seemed to be actively hiding from me at my local pet supply stores lately, and so here I am! Second, I have an absurdly small tank. My <10gal air pump is literally overkill for it, so I have a valve to adjust flow to my airstone so it isn't blowing the water out of my tank rather than oxygenating it. My old airstone wasn't having a great time and long story short, the bubbles it was belching out sounded awful, and if I was annoyed by the noise it was making, I can only imagine how fed up my shrimp were with having to live with it. So, I started my hunt for a new airstone, sold my soul to Bezos, and found myself the proud new owner of a Hygger Airstone S35 (1.25"). It's only the beginning of my and my shrimps' relationship with this airstone, but our first date was better than expected. Maybe the Amazon interface is designed in a munipulative and intentionally convoluted way, maybe I was just too blinded by my conflicted emotional state in supporting a service that fails to support and empower its own employees and small, individual vendors it plagarizes from....I digress. I didn't realize how much more I was actually going to receive with my airstone purchase! A control valve, suction cups, check valve, a freaking t-connector, and a reducer on top?! All I meant to purchase was a practical airstone that would quietly blow tiny bubbles (honorable mention to the small user manual for including a tiny and adorable 'application diagram' including a supper table and Nemo) and Hygger delivered that and more! Finally and most importantly though, is that my shrimp appreciate the new air stone. They're mildly concerned about the white colour -- because algae will inevitably leave its mark on everything -- and that it wasn't the agreed upon <1" stone we discussed... but ultimately, the airstone makes up for it in adorably tiny and peaceful bubbles as advertised! A few shrimp are currently enjoying a serene bubble bath. I find myself checking to see if the airstone is actually working because it's so quiet compared to the old one. Very happy with the product so far. Tldr: So far so good. It works as advertised and I would recommend. Be ready to scrub the stone regularly as algae will easily discolour it (unless you prefer a more natural algae-chic look) and have some appropriate superglue on hand if ever the stone pops off the base. ... show more

  • works really well
Size: 4 Inch
My featherfin catfish knocked the input valve for my HOB filter 2x in a few weeks ( they love filters...) and I came home to my silver dollars being distressed. Having this in my 55 gallon relieves my anxiety the fish love the bubbles and it's a great way to prevent my catfish from committing 'murder' ( joking) This way, the tank has oxygen sources on either side and it was very simple to install. Great product. *coincidentally, no more filter issues with hob either... for whatever reason. ... show more

  • No bubbles
Size: 1.4 Inch
Followed directions to soak for 2 hrs. Hooked it up to Hygger’s own pump (purchased separately) that they show in the photos of this listing for the Hygger air stone. One teeny tiny stream of bubbles came out the edge of the air stone where it joins with the plastic. Soaked it overnight. Hooked up again, same tiny stream. Hooked it to two other different and larger air pumps on our other aquariums, still the same tiny thread of bubbles. Not enough to even close to oxygenate the water. What a disappointment. ... show more

  • Bubbles aren't what was expected
Size: 4 Inch
I let the stone sit in water for two hours as directed, and after hooking up the bubbles are not what I expected from the picture. The WalMart Small Blue 4 inch air stone bars put off more bubbles then this, and are 10x cheaper. Very dissatisfied. The stone is heavyily duty made, good quality, heavy enough to stand at bottom on its own, just not enough bubbles. I have it straight connected to my air pump so nothing is restricting it. ... show more

  • High quality, lots of bubbles
Size: 2 Inch
I like this air stone a lot. I got a 2 inch for my 10 gallon tank with a betta, I have to turn it down a lot since they are not strong swimmers. Probably 2 of the 1.25 inch would have been better. Lots of very fine bubbles come out. Some brown algae is in my tank and it is impossible to get completely out of the air stone surface (since it's porous) but most of it you can get. The reviewer saying the fine bubbles stopped and had water coming out of one side: I had the same thing happen after mine backflowed. I got another one and put the pump above the aquarium. If it happens again then I'll have to change my review since this is too expensive of an air stone to get ruined by one brief backflow. ... show more
