This hose replaced the type the expand when in use. A squirrel chewed a hole in that one so hopefully, they leave this one alone. It seems to have more heft to it, and I like that it doesn't fight me for trying to curl a certain way. It is easier to use than either the rubber hose or those super lightweight ones , as it doesn't get tangled up around my potted planters on my deck or patio. Hope it holds up but for now, very happy with purchase.

Tried many high performance hoses including other steel hoses. This is the only one that measured up to the hype. Lightweight, flexible and kink resistant. Smooth turning, tight fit, heavy brass fittings. The perfect farm hose.

Although it does kink up if the water is on and is not particularly light weight (again when the water is on), it seems extremely durable. It is certainly better than any regular hose I have had so far.

At first I was like no way at I paying that much money for a hose, but I’m glad that I did. I love that it’s lightweight AND DOES NOT KINK! I really hope that this water hose last for many years to come. IF it last past 4 years then I will buy another one so that I can have the length that I need to reach my garden. Oh and the nozzle that it comes with is great also. I love the way you can adjust it from a decently strong stream all the way down to a very fine mist.

I have not heard from the manufacturerer after writing a negative review....The hose I received was defective and I just got this hose and it sprung a leak first time out of the package....defective product...would like a replacement as soon as possible.
