The media could not be loaded. A few days back, the hydrogen generator arrived. It was completely intact. I went through the process of cleaning the pot and filter, connected it, and just like that, I was set to produce hydrogen-infused water. The process was straightforward. The guide was clearly written in English and simple to understand. The device itself is robust, has a modern look, and is user-friendly. Every control is clearly marked and illuminates during operation. The water’s flavor seemed unchanged to me. I am quite content with this device and would consider purchasing it again. The value received is commensurate with the price, and in this instance, it feels like a bargain. I intend to monitor its performance and update my feedback as needed. With its stylish design, it has become a sophisticated addition to our water system.

I def. see bubbles when it's doing its thing but I am very suspicious about how quickly the bubbles dissipate once its finished, I've used other machines and the bubbles do not go away right away, I think it does do something but I don't think its at the level that its advertised. Instructions also said that you should not be using tap water, this should be mineral water which I didn't see anywhere in the description prior to buying it. I have only used mineral water so far.
