Works perfectly and hangs lower than my old ceiling fan. Only compaint is that I wish it could hang even lower but for its price it was a great deal. Fan speed is fast, Light level is good, Noisy only when at max speed, looks nice

Makes clicking noise. Fan is cheapish looking but works well just makes a noise.

    • Remote a little wonky, otherwise good for the price
We have to fiddle a bit with the remote buttons to get the fans to respond. For best response with the remote, we keep the wall power switch "on" and use the remote to turn off the light/fan. Seems like the remote stays "paired" better (still not perfect) vs turning "off" the power switch. Given the price we paid we are overall happy with this refurbished product. Have 5 of these installed in my house and they look great. We are actively using the reverse fan feature as we head into winter. Also keep in mind that for reverse fan mode the ceiling will be buffeted with rising air and cause back flow onto the fan blades. The fan noticeably wobbles at the highest speeds. To avoid this issue it's best to run reverse mode at low/medium speeds. ... show more

This fan sucks. I wish I never bought it honestly. Thats what I get for wanting to save money. Remote barley works. I have to hit the button for the fan/light like 15 times before it registers. Very agitating.
