The media could not be loaded. The clock is attractive & petite. It is accurate & the pendulum works just fine. I believe the clock I rec'd was returned. The pendulum was chipped (I used a black marker to fix). The box was broken and its contents were not arranged professionally. I didn't care as long as the clock worked properly. The clock has been on my kitchen wall as of yesterday - so far so good. I really love the clock so I purchased it ignoring the negative comments. ... show more

I guess I should have known better, but the first time I bought this clock it started losing time after 10 years. Yes, I got my money's worth. Because I liked the look, I decided to buy a new one, same basic design, just a different look. This clock started losing time after 4 months even using fresh Duracell batteries that were recommended. Because of the value, no authorized clock repair place will touch it even though it is under warranty. This was my only recommendation from customer support. They should have just gave me a refund or credit. So, I will know better next time because the 3rd time will not be a charm for me!! ... show more
