I LOVE my hatch! I got the new putty color, which looks so sleek on my nightstand. The simple design matches with any room. It was extremely easy to set up and connect to my phone, and there is plenty of options of different color and sound combinations to choose from. It’s fun to play around with the different options and create your own personalized routine! I was initially worried about not waking up to the peaceful noises since I’m so used to waking up to my phone alarm, but I was pleasantly surprised when I easily woke up feeling well rested! You’re able to adjust the brightness and the volume of your routine to meet your needs as well. It’s extremely easy to use and navigate. Big fan of my hatch!

Hatch has transformed my sleep game! As a 51 year old women in perimenopause, my sleep has started to be impacted, I have a hard time staying asleep, I wake up at 3 or 4 am and then have trouble falling back asleep. I follow all sleep protocols, morning sunlight, no blue light at night, I read before bed and take magnesium, a dark room, cold room at 63 degrees….nothing helps anymore until Hatch came along. I set up the sleep routine and did it for 20 minutes before bed, my Oura ring thought I fell asleep those 20 minutes because I was so relaxed, the red light was also so calming. When I woke up at 4am I used the program to fall asleep after you wake up at night and it worked! All in all, I am hooked, I have been sleeping like a baby

The Hatch does it all! I have always struggled to fall asleep at night and the Hatch’s calming lights and sounds make it so much easier to drift off into a deep sleep. My favorite feature is how customizable the colors and sounds are. The app is very easy to use! I bought the Hatch mainly for the alarm purpose, however. It slowly wakes you up with light and sound, which is great for your circadian rythm. I have been waking up feeling so much calmer and less startled. Waking up slow allows your body to not jump into fight or flight when waking up. You should try the hatch if you struggle to wake up in the morning or face any sleep anxiety!

Before buying, I saw how trendy this was on TikTok and if anyone knows me, they know that I do NOT follow trends. However, with me switching to night shift, I was willing to try anything and everything, so, I set up a payment plan for this alarm clock (because seriously, who can afford that much for a dang clock!?) but oh, my god is it the best money I’ve ever spent! It was straight forward to set up, but a little difficult. Its display is completely adjustable through the app, and the amount of features it comes with are to die for! I have literally used it every single day/night since I got it and cannot sleep without it now. Once you learn how to use it, it’s super easy afterwards. I’m just sad I didn’t buy it sooner! When I travel, I bring it with me no matter where I go hehe.

I almost returned this clock because it had a bit of a learning curve. At first I was not a fan of it being run through the app but I eventually learned how to use it. I’m actually really loving the wind down feature that lets you have a calming sunset light that eventually dimmed to dark with some gentle sounds, and then eases into an hour of white noise. They do try to reel you into a subscription for additional sounds and light patterns I found I was able to have everything I needed with the free version. And I absolutely love the mourning Dove sound for waking up. It’s super gentle with nothing jarring. I also like the nightlight feature where you can either turn the light on or the clock will show for a few seconds if it senses motion. For you low-tech people out there hang in there learn how to use it and it might end up being one of your favorite alarm clocks ever!
