Mat is okay but there are no instructions or schematics! Not hard to put together though if you're a puzzler. However, it unfortunately won't stay together on its own. You will need duct tape on bottom or whatever else you can think of to make it stay in place.

Very good product with double purpose - to protect physically and thermally. Softness is great, but would have liked if it was a bit thicker. It has a puzzle type cutouts, so it was easy to put together.

Took a while to be delivered, almost 2 weeks, but it was easy to put together and even though my spa is 85", this 80" fit perfect. On my concrete patio, I placed the mat on top of a faux turf carpet and then set up my spa on top of the mat. Life will be good as soon as my spa hits 104. Would recommend.

We wanted to set up our pool on our large cement patio. We placed this over a folded tarp and then set up our ten foot pool on top. It made all the difference! You can feel the padding under your feet when you walk in the pool and it surely must protect the plastic lining of the pool.
