Pro: the towels are thick and doe’s what it should. You get a lot of towels for ya money. Cons : Doesn’t get as hot as I’d like m and I have to press the button ms real hard!!

I love this thing but my first one started leaking after one week. They sent me a replacement and I sent that one back. I’ve had the replacement for 6 weeks and it won’t turn on anymore. Tried all the things to see if it would come on. Now I’m passed the window to ask for a replacement for this one. I would gladly take it. I love this thing!!!

Looked in the box to put it together and there was no hardware. Now I can’t find a link to get a hold of them to get the hardware. Hopefully they will see this.
Hot water from my faucet is hotter. It’s more of a slightly warm face towel heater

High quality towels. Soft for sensitive skin. No smell of chemicals. Warms up everytime without fail. Machine is useful for elderly people because it is very easy to use. Stable base, easy to fill tank and light weight . Totally worth the price!

Love how compact it is but it's a doozy to open the towel compartment if you are wearing nail extensions. Allows for wall mount but also states that it's normal for some water to leak so not sure about mounting it, may keep it on the water catchment tray. Can't wait to try it out though
