Ive wanted this for a long time and just decided to go ahead get it. I've used it 5 times at the highest setting so far and I'm not sure if it's doing anything.. it smells horrible LOL but you get used to it. I watched a YT video and they said that it is supposed to tingle or zap you a little and your skin will probably turn pink or red... however I have not noticed much of any feeling other than the initial zap but then nothing.. and my skin doesn't react to it or turn a little red. I'm wondering if anyone else has the same experience with their's. I'll continue to use it cranked all the way and hopefully 🙏 we see some results! ... show more

This device exceeds expectations. I can’t speak to the anti aging as this is not the only product / device I use. I can say since incorporating this high frequency device into my routine the results are ASTONISHING! When I received my product it was not new it had clearly been returned the previous owners hair was all over it the serum was used. I was completely thrown off by this as this product is to be used on my hair and face and was returned by someone and sent to me used as if it was never used I think that is un sanitary I’m sending it back for a replacement and hopefully the next one will be new or I’m requesting a refund . Upon opening the box even before seeing the previous owners hair I could tell it was used as the cord was not bread tied the tools were coming out of there compartments as though someone had been tossing it around. It m really disappointed as I was excited to receive and use this product ... show more

Received product today and was excited to use. Unfortunately, they were clear attachments and not blue like the picture; of which I would of preferred due to the ability to see blue more clearly when removing the attachments from the packaging. Also, the packaging was torn as seen in other reviews. Anyway, in being overly cautious and concerned with all the warnings of inserting and holding the attachments, I panicked when the scalp attachment got caught in my hair and disengaged. As I went to immediately turn off the wand, the scalp attachment DROPPED and SHATTERED! So disappointed! I was hoping to see some results.
