One of my favorite skin care devices hands down. The hydra facial head and products work fantastically. Very impressive for an at home hydra facial. The de puffing head gets both cold and hot (one at a time) and is a great guy she replacement. I even use it for sore/tense shoulder and neck muscles. Not a gimmick, its an must buy for skin care girlies and guys.

Works great. My face is super soft after using the hydration stuff. The product it comes with is expensive to rebuy but it works good. I am disappointed in the quality of the tank. Above the tanks the plastic is starting to bubble. For the price I would have expected to hold up better especially for only having it for a week. Hopefully shark can fix that. But as of right now it doesn’t affect the function.

I really wanted to love this product, but it just wasn’t what I expected 😕. The design is sleek and easy to hold, but the results didn’t feel as deep or glowy as advertised. The suction felt inconsistent — sometimes too strong, sometimes barely noticeable — and my skin didn’t look much different afterward. The serums smell nice and the “gunk tank” idea is satisfying, but for the price, I expected more visible results. I got mild redness and dryness instead of the glow everyone talks about ✨. it was just okay — not worth the hype or cost.

NOT an influencer. I paid for this and love it. Before - right after just washing my face. Puffy and big pores! After - contoured and glowing! So fun to use. I really enjoyed this and feel so much cleaner after. It was satisfying seeing all the gunk in the gunk tank. I bet i would have had more if i hadn’t just washed my face! Did it on my fiance last night and he loved it too. Leaks slightly if the device isn’t directly right side up which i don’t like, and i had to refill the water tank a couple times bc how small it is. Still overall impressed with the product, just worried about when i run out of the detox and hydration serums as i don’t see them for purchase anywhere. As someone who gets facials every quarter or so, this is a great alternative and pays for itself after about 2 facials.

The media could not be loaded. I was so skeptical about this device thinking it was a gimmick. I have gotten a monthly hydrafacial for years so I felt I would “know” if this actually works or not. The suction is much gentler than a hydrafacial - without realizing it, I used the highest setting suction option with the normal tip. I went to increase the suction and then saw it was already at the highest setting. That didn’t stop this device from doing a good job. I’ve added a picture and video of the gunk from my whole face. I can see not every section / pore was deeply cleaned but at the same time this was a pretty good job for a palm size hand held home device. I did have to refill with Step 2 solution 3x because the machine goes through the product so fast. This was the first time I used this and plan to use it at least 1x per week going forward. I think it will allow me to delay my in-office hydrafacial for a month or so. This device is good for in-between appointments maintenance.

If this was under $200 I would give it 4 stars, but at $400 this is not worth it. ➖ The extraction didn’t extract anything. I could barely get a suction on the nose. ➕The de-puff was amazing. It was instantaneously cold and could switch to hot very quickly. I wish I could buy only that. But unfortunately, it comes in a combination with the extractor.
