I've had it for 2 days and it has not performed well at all. The first day I tested it out. I put 4 damp towels in the bottom and a few dry towels on top. At 30 minutes on and the towels were not warmed at all. I waited about an hour and the dry towels were slightly warm and the dry towels barely warmed up from when they were put in the machine. Day 2, I wetted the towels with very hot water and also attempted to melt a small 2 oz container of paraffin wax for a treatment. I turned it on well over an hour before the treatment but only added the paraffin at the beginning of the treatment because the container was plastic and I didn't want to melt that LOL well no worries there! The wax didn't melt much at all and could not be used for the treatment and the wet towels came out cooler than when I had put them in. I'll update if the warmer starts working better but somehow I doubt that's going to happen. I really did not want to go to the hassle of sending this thing back and besides, I need it for treatments today but I will probably just have to send it back. Major disappointment (and inconvenience too!). This product does not meet even the most minimal expectations based not only on what was advertised but also the price paid.

takes a super long time to warm up. I would turn on at least 2-3 hours before needing to use this. But overall really good.

The media could not be loaded. I am very happy with this product. Bought it to add hot towels to my massages. It is spacious with two shelves. It is lighter than I expected. Took about 30 min to get the wet towels to heat level of 100°. Seemes to seal very well and is very easy to use.
