I got this device for $270 during a sale, and at that price, I think it’s absolutely worth it for an at-home hydrafacial experience. It’s definitely a luxury item, but a worthwhile investment. It effectively removes gunk and leaves my skin feeling smooth. The device comes with both gentle and standard tips. I’ve only used the gentle tip so far, and it’s not at all harsh on the skin while still effectively clearing out impurities. As long as you’re mindful of usage and frequency, it won’t damage your skin. Although the included skincare replenishments are on the pricier side for replacements, with a little research, you can find alternative products that work well without compromising the device. I especially love the depuffing feature with the cold/warm gua sha-like tool. It’s adjustable, heats and cools quickly, and makes applying my face serums feel much more luxurious. I even use the depuffing tool randomly throughout the day when I need a quick pick-me-up. Overall, the product feels premium and using it feels enjoyable on top of being effective. I would buy it again.

I’ve been using the Shark Facial Pro about once a week, and that’s been enough for me to keep up with it without feeling like it’s too much to maintain. Setup was straightforward, and the attachments are easy to switch out once you get familiar with them. Everything feels sturdy and well-made, not flimsy. What I like most is that even using it once a week, my skin feels smoother and looks more refreshed right after each use. It’s noticeable enough that I’ve actually stayed consistent with it, which hasn’t been the case with other tools I’ve tried. One thing to keep in mind is there’s a small learning curve at first figuring out which attachment works best for you and how to use it comfortably, but after a few uses it becomes easy. I think this works best for someone who wants an at-home skincare device they can realistically stick with without needing to use it every day.

I’ve really enjoyed this product so far. I bought the shark mask last year and LOVED it so I was excited to purchase this when I saw it was announced. I haven’t noticed a HUGE difference since using it but I have noticed a subtle change. My pores definitely are less noticeable. I think it’s probably all about consistency and making sure to use the machine as recommended. The heating and cooling feature are worth it alone. It’s definitely an investment, but as a mom to a two year old toddler, it’s nice to have to include in my weekend “treat yourself” self care routine. I can’t wait to see what Shark has planned for future skincare!

Used once, and left a really bad skin condition on my face. Ive heard great things about the depuffi attachment and would love to buy that separately. I do not recommend the facial pro however if you have sensitive skin.
