The media could not be loaded. It looks just like the picture. It is sturdy and moves as it should. Packaging was ok, but tools weren’t provided and I had to use a makeshift screwdriver and wrench. Assembly was terrible, had to unscrew the bolts, place the pieces then put them back. Instructions were clear and I did it alone. Ok for the price. ... show more

This set up very easily and looks sharp. If you haven't used one before, know that you must have your client mount and dismount with thier weight on the center cushion or the chair does tip. It doesn't fall, but definitely startles them.

the bar at the bottom on my chair is defective. the screws wouldn’t come out of the bar so that i could connect it to the legs of the bed. i contacted support they said they would send a new bar out.. its been 2 weeks & the bar was never sent. it didn’t even take this long to receive my original order. they refunded my money + the shipping cost which was nice but now i have to go through the hassle of taking apart the bed to send it back just to get a new one. 🫠 a waste of time from something that could of easily been fixed if the customer support would of just sent out the new part. ... show more

Missing Screws, the leather is a slight pink and not completely white. Other then that, it seems comfortable
