The comb part tends to work it's way loose. Other than that I love this. It seems to be really lightening my skin and deep wrinkles are diminishing. Whoo Hoo!!!

I found his awkward to use and the glass rods are even more fragile than you think. Ended up not using. Donated to a charity auction tho! Glass rods are easy to find online to replace

When I first purchased it, I had used it three, maybe four, times in the first month to two months. Aftee using the wand, I didn't notice any difference in the appearance of my skin. But, to be fair, that's not really enough usage to give a fair, informed review of its performance. Then, as we all know, life happens. We get busy with more important things than taking care of ourselves. The birth of a grandchild and a couple of hospital stays later, and before I knew it, more than a year had passed before I tried the wand again. Well, when I plugged it in and turned the knob to power it on, nothing happened. No low hum, no slight electric crackle, no gaseous light. Nada. I turned it up a little and touched it to my skin. Still nothing. I cranked it all the way up while it was touching my arm. Same thing. Turned it on and off again. Then I thought I'd change the plug to a different one on my surge protector. Well, when I leaned down and the wand got near the power strip, it let out a violet-colored arc of electricity from the wand to the surge protector. Static hum, and all. I shut it off immediately, but I'm not sure I needed to. I tried it again, after I put in another wand tip and applied it to my cheek but, again, nothing happened. And, I mean, nothing. What a disappointing waste of $100. Kinda cool looking, though. Hence, the one-star. Otherwise, I'd give it a zero, if I could. ... show more

This wand is amazing! After 1 use I notice a difference very slight but still a difference. I use it a couple times a week, it’s not an everyday thing. It’s packaged great, nothing broke. Bought with the serum by same company. Bought this for my daughter and she loves it too. Great maintenance for your skin would highly recommend! ... show more
