I have been using the Lift Wand religiously every day, sometimes twice a day for 3 weeks now. I am definitely noticing an improvement in my skin, especially a lifting of my hooded eyelids. My skin coloring is also much more even, less redness. To be fair, I also use a LED face mask every day and I think the two devices in tandem are doing wonders. I’m 53 years old with good skin for my age but definitely have fine lines, larger pores and am trying to stave off the sagging skin as long as possible! I love the “briefcase” that the product comes in. Very professional presentation. I bought this product based on a recommendation from an aesthetician on YouTube. She mentioned that it is also very much safer than others because the cord is 3 pronged providing more grounding. I’m not going to get into the details of the Customer Service issue except to say that it had nothing to do with any defects in the product, and they have gone out of their way to make things right. I’m very pleased and look forward to continued good results from the Lift Wand

I originally purchased the nuderma but returned it because it had very little output and felt cheap and very fragile This wand has much higher output and feels solid - feels like a much more professional machine and the case is nice - very nice quality all around I have only been using it for a few weeks but can see a difference in skin firmness- and I get an immediate lift in the eyebrows and my eyebrows are growing like crazy and getting much thicker from using this device

I ordered the Lift Wand pro because I saw the products very good reviews. I also did some research on my own and have found that people have been swearing by " electric facials" in spas for quite some time. Rumor has it that some celebrities, such as Miranda Kerr and Sophia Coppola, are big fans of the results. Apparently a mild electric current can help to drain excessive fluid, tighten skin, and tighten muscles in your face. Lymphatic drainage and blood flow are also stimulated. I am in my 50's now and I'm starting to look tired and puffy around my eyes and saggy around my nose and mouth. I am sick of spending hundreds of dollars at a time on Botox and fillers, which do not last all that long a time. Thus I ordered Lift Wand hoping for at least some positive results. The 20 watt Lift Wand, according to my calculations, provides more current to the face than you get in a spa, so this is good. There was a minimal amount of instruction sent with the wand ( this is why I am only giving 4 out of 5 stars). So after some sleuthing on the internet, I started my treatments. After washing my face and lightly rubbing on argon oil, I use the want in a circular motion around my face and neck on the highest setting. Then I spend time around the problem areas of the eyes, mouth, and chin. On the eyes I use lateral strokes to promote lymph drainage and on the mouth and chin I use upward strokes to promote an upward pull of the muscles. One user suggested tapping the wand up an down in these areas too, because she felt the slight electric twinge she felt helped to stimulate the muscles. I do this 4-5 times a week and then use the micro roller provided on the other days to help stimulate collagen growth. It has been three weeks now and I am pleasantly surprised. I am not kidding when I tell you that the lines along my chin, marironette lines, and the lines below my nose, nasolabial fold lines, are definitely less apparent. My skin seems to be smother and softer too. I have had a problem with puffiness around my eyes and I swear that it has lessened. It has only been three weeks now and as time goes on, and my skin cells continue to turn over, I am hoping for even better results. I am also hoping to be so pleased with the Lift Wand that, despite coming with minimal instructions and missing the instructional DVD, I can give it five stars. To be continued....

Great set with a sturdy case and several electrodes to choose from. I’ve been using it for about a month and love the results, really helps with wrinkles and smoothing out my skin, and my daughter has been using it on her pimples which has been really helping clear her skin. The electrodes are very delicate and unfortunately I broke one, but the company agreed to send a replacement out which was very nice! They said that electrodes are also available to buy individually online, so I won’t have to buy the entire set again if another one breaks.

I stumbled upon high frequency facial machines a few years ago while looking at various acne control and anti-aging options available for purchase on Amazon. I purchased a relatively low-end version thereof, and used it on and off from the day I received it until it gave up the ghost last month. I was appalled, and began to look into replacements. I bought this one based largely on the user reviews, and the fact that it's held out to be "salon quality." Well, I couldn't agree more with the reviews, and while I have never shelled out $100+ for a HF facial in a salon, it's MUCH more powerful and of a considerably higher quality than my first one. I can see results, literally, immediately, and real, positive change in a matter of 3 - 4 days of 15 - 20 minutes a day use. Thank you! **As an added bonus, it arrived, sent from the USA to Canada, on my front porch in under a week!**

The Lift Wand was delivered opened. I watched an unboxing video on YouTube and saw how her wand was delivered in sealed packing which made me very uneasy about how it wasn't sealed when I received it. I wanted so hard to try this out so after wiping the glass pieces I placed one of them in the wand and started applying it to my face. I immediately noticed the glass was moving like it wasn't in the wand right. When I looked to see what was going on I noticed the glass was dislodged from the bottom part because it was put together with glue and the glue wasn't strong enough to hold it together. When I lifted up on the glass piece the bottom part stayed inside the wand so now the wand is useless. I ended up returning it and Amazon is refunding me my purchase price. I would never recommend this product as the quality is extremely poor. I received the wand on April 28th and returned it on May 1st.
