I ordered this product to you specifically for massage therapy. The face cradle will not stay in the right position. If I use any amount of pressure on the neck or scalp when my client is face down in breaks and falls down. Won’t stay in position. There is also a pad that can be taken out on the top of the table. I’m assuming this is something aestheticians use but I have no use for. The pad keeps sliding out whenever a client gets off the table and pushes on it a little bit. Not my favorite table and kind of disappointing since I spent a lot on it. I do love the ability to elevate the upper body Into more of a sitting position. ... show more

It’s really cool table, I love that it doesn’t have 4 legs. I was concearndd about how steady it is, but seems pretty solid. Communication with the seller was statisfuing. They also gave me some stuff for a compliment.

It is a nice bed, but not comfy if you’re laying on the bed for an hour. I was some what disappointed, the bed didn’t work as described.

    • The company won't replace the faulty headrest.
I use the massage table for massage. I love the adjustability, but the headrest is faulty. With any weight on the headrest it falls. I'm afraid it will hurt my client's neck. The customer service asked for a video of it. Really? Who has time and when do you know it's going to happen? I managed to get a video of it and then they told me to tighten it. I did and it's faulty. It doesn't tighten. They want to charge me around $100 for a replacement. Poor customer service for such an expensive table! I wrote back to them and still haven't heard back. It also took much longer to receive the table with very little communication from the company. ... show more
