I was searching for decent pan to make rolled egg and other small fast dishes and this pan does just that. It is non stick so it is easy to clean. I think what I enjoy the most is how sturdy the construction is. It has a nice thick wooden handle and the actual pan is NOT super light, bendy, or cheap. It has a nice weight without being heavy. It brings a few tools with it too( a spatula, a silicone brush, and what I assume is a silicone trivet- at least that's how I'm using it 😊) I'm very happy with my purchase!
