I really like the way it cleans and it doesn't seem to get stuck that often. It picks up pet hair and dander very well. It actually pulls itself up onto the base of my cat tower and vacuum's the base which is awesome. Doesn't have issues with different floor hight. Some plugs it gets stuck on some it doesn't . I haven't used the wet mop just the vacuum but I absolutely love the unit. The only improvements or changes I would love to see are 2 things. 1. Move the buttons under the cover and change to clear plastic so visible but not accessible to be pressed when going under furniture. Mine gets stuck this way under certain items. 2. The holding container is a little small compared to the water tank. I empty mine once or twice while in use. Highly recommend buying extra replacement kits with brush and filters so you can either change out or wash as needed and have extra so the one you cleaned can dry. Awesome product highly recommend! Would definitely buy another one. Update. WiFi usage seems high . Unit is only charging but using Wi-Fi I didn't really see the benefit of the mapping vs no mapping for cleaning. It seems to sometimes miss areas so I have removed the app and WiFi from unit. I don't know why a vacuum would need WiFi for charging.

This is our first robot vacuum and boy let me tell you, it did not disappoint. Intelligent, thorough easy to use and does a great job. I’ll admit, I haven’t even used the mop feature and I truly do not care because of how well it has been performing. Never gets stuck unless there would be a very weird situation and even then we just moved our kitchen mat an inch and it helped him get the corner easier even over the elevated mat. It can get up and over those kitchen mats and rugs and come off them without issues. Some common sense of picking up some objects that may entangle the brush should be considered like 3D pen remnants (even then you clean it out and no big deal). It avoids cables extremely well and comes with magnets that you can place for it to avoid area like going down the stairs. We have carpet stairs and we installed the magnet strip with 3m double sided tape after we cut a small hole, placed underneath the carpet, then did some light repair work on the carpet and it worked perfectly to avoid the stair tumble. You can put it on a schedule, it charges itself when low. Just make sure to empty it regularly and pay attention if you hear it struggling on something (aka an object it nots picking up). Recommend doing the first runs while awake to catch these things. Added benefit, if you have kids I found it helped them keep their things picked up because they didn’t want “Wall-E” (yeah we named our robot Wall-E) to get stuck. If you were on the fence, just get it and you will not be disappointed.

I just moved to an apartment with all wood floors. I have a dog and a bunny. The shedding covers the floor and so does dust and crumbs. I searched a lot of products and decided on this one due to reviews and cost. It has not disappointed! I didn't even need to program it. I just push the remote to start cleaning and it does! It moves around and under my furniture, it doesn't scratch my furniture, it figures out the room with precision, and when it needs to recharge, it goes right back to the docking station. It is magical and has made my life so much easier because I no longer need to vacuum my floor everyday. It does great on thinner area rugs, but the thicker ones do need an occasional upright vacuum to clean them. The unit is easy to maintain, and cleaning up the roller is easy. It mops well too, but it is more of a damp mop than deep clean. But if you use it everyday as I do, then your floors will always be clean and spot free!

This item came packaged well. Works as expected. Not noisy, sounds like a hair dryer. Picks up well, battery seems to last to cover 1600sqft, then goes back to charging dock. good design. Easy to clean out. No problems so far. Good price point, easy to connect to wifi. Remote works good. Good solid product.

This little thing works great! I run it once a day and I have a nice floor free of dust and dog sheddings. Nearly killed it once when the dog had an accident and we didn’t notice before running it, but a good cleaning and a new battery and filter and she was back as good as before. The damp mop setting doesn’t do much, to be clear and is a waste of space. Won’t even clear a dried coffee drop. But the vacuum is great!

We have 3 iRobot mop vacs in the house and wanted something less expensive to clean our motor home. This works GREAT! It vacs and mops our 400sf motorhome in about 15 minutes with NO issues. It navigates VERY well, and finds it's way home every time. If you have an apartment (or a motorhome!) we highly recommend this economical option!!!

I love cleans floors, but hate sweeping and mopping constantly! I've had several vacuums in this price range over the years (including a Braava mop in the past). When purchasing, this is the first combo I've owned and figured if the vacuum works great, I'd be happy and whatever I liked about the mop would just be a bonus. We do not wear shoes in the house, so when you're barefooted you can tell if the vacuum is picking up everything or "most of it." Some previous vacuums were great, others got the job done but I didn't love them. This one is my favorite and I hope it lasts forever. It has both a remote and an app. The app shows the battery life (both while being used and being charged). It does have a map so you can tell where it's been and where it's going. The battery life seems to be adequate and will do my entire house (single story, all hard surface). It has a great suction and so far picks up everything my two boys leave in the path. The magnetic strip works great to keep it out of areas where it may snag something (such as under my boy's bed where they tend to "stuff" things while cleaning). The mop while not rotating brushes (those are out of my price range), does a great job for every day cleaning. I would highly recommend this vacuum, but a bonus is the mop feature :).
