This is a really nice generator. It’s a little more than I need, which is exactly why I went straight for the EU3200i. If you’ve ever purchased a piece of equipment based on what you needed at the time, only to find out later that it isn’t big enough, then you know what I mean.     • pricey but worth it for me
Definitely pricey, but for my use case it was worth it. Primarily charging up a LifePO4 battery bank when there are many cloudy days and the solar can't catch up. Friends have a EU2200i so I was also familiar with those. For me, I can get the same amount of charging done in a little over two hours that would take three hours with the 2200i. Not huge deal, but I don't like the noise. It is more fuel efficient as well. As others have noted elsewhere, running near maximum capacity, the noise level is about the same as a 2200i. At low capacity, it is definitely louder. For the flooding/cold-start issue, I had some problems at first. I found out that by giving it a couple gentle pulls with the switch off then being sure to give it a solid pull for starting, the problem went away. At least down to mid-20s farenheit. ... show more

    • Fuel and injected but wish gas tank was bigger
Gas tank on an EU3200i is one gallon. Great generator but i plan on buying an auxiliary gas tank to run my RV overnight without the need to fill it up in the wee hours of the morning. I bought it because it is fuel injected. Every issue i ever had with a portable generator was carburetor related. Didn't but it on Amazon so wont show up as verified purchaser. ... show more

Its is honda 3200 watts and been using it in emergency i replace my honda 2000 inverter which still works over 20 years of using it.

Came in original unopened box even though it’s listed as used. Honda 3200 fuel injected generator. I wanted fuel injection for ease of starting. Love this unit

    • Wouldn't start on 2nd day of use
I thought I would get the premium product, a Honda, because of their reliability and durability, since the generator was for camping and emergency use. Unfortunately, after one night of use, it wouldn't start up again. Yes, there was plenty of fuel, the switch was "on," oil level was fine, it just wouldn't start. As it's not returnable due to it now having gas and oil in it (hazardous materials) I'm stuck with having to go through warranty and support. Will update on how I fare with that... ... show more
