At least couple times a year our family travel from our home in NJ to Florida and that is almost 20 hours drive. Having this power supply 12 VDC to 120 VAC is very useful to power our computers(it can handle at least 2 of them)so sitting on the back seat I can enjoy watching movies on DVDs or reading or just working. I love this device. I use it to charge my family’s phones, tablets, and gaming devices. I keep a universal charger in my car so that I can charge any device. The outlet makes it easy to charge items that need to be plugged in. It’s a little noisy when the power button is turned on.     • Nice quality but…
Let me start by saying the build quality was excellent. It was sturdy and the cord was nice. The problem we had may not have been the products fault, but I took a star away because it’s not listed as not being suitable for any certain vehicle. Our problem was that when we plugged it in, the fuse in our van blew. Thinking it was a coincidence we replaced and tried again, it blew again. Since we looked it up and seen no reason this product would cause that, and asked the mechanic the same questions and he said it was fine to use, we decided that maybe we had a bad pack of fuses and bought new ones. This time it worked for about 10 minutes with my iPad and AirPods plugged into it and it didn’t just blow the fuse, it fried the outlet. Went to dealership who said the product was spiking. I returned. I only took one star off because maybe just a warning needs made about possible spiking ... show more

I use my phone quite a bit during the day, so this charger is a must for me. The fan is a little noisy, but it charges my phone very well. Would recommend to others to use.
