Don't waste your time on anything else. Im a Triple A technician and i jumpstart over 20cars daily. Literally today first call on a Merc with a dead H8 bat and it started right up no issue. The most CCA for a common car is 800 so 1600 is more than enough. After every car i jump i just plug it back in to let it charge cuz i don't wanna drain the battery to where i have to resort to using jumper cables on my truck because of how spoiled i am with this portable jump starter. I charged it completely, overnight. I then put it in the trunk of my car (it is winter in the Midwest). Two weeks later, I needed to use it. The charge had dropped from 3 power lights to 1 light.
