Great value set, cushions are thick. I like that you can take the covers off them to wash. I ordered the 7 piece set, included three seater sofa, love seat, two swivel/rocking recliners, coffee table, side table, and two ottomans. When I ordered this set, Amazon showed the entire delivery as delivered, however all items had not arrived. I received two more deliveries several days apart. I believe this is due to Amazon acting as a middle man for another retailer/wholesaler. When I received the sofa, I received two of the same arms. I had to contact customer service through Amazon to receive support as the contact phone number for this company did not work. Once I was able to make contact with their customer service through Amazon they sent me another sofa to remedy the issue, so now I have some spare cushions and parts. While that process was not ideal, good product and mistakes happen. All seats are comfortable and for the price point it’s great.

The media could not be loaded. I was very unsure about ordering this set due to there only being 6 reviews (and only one with images), but I am glad I did! This set is absolutely beautiful and worth the money. The quality is good and seems very durable. Shipping said it would take about 6 days but it arrived in 2 days! The cushions are thick and comfortable! Each cushion has a zipper and the cover can be removed. Most of the reviews talked about how hard it was to put together, but we used a manual screwdriver with Allen wrench head and we were able to get it put together fairly quick. I could see it taking much longer to put together with the small Allen wrench that is supplied. We did not use any power tools. I was not missing any pieces and nothing was damaged. Everything was packaged neatly. Overall I am very satisfied and would recommend this set to anyone.

Definitely a two-person job to put together. Took me about 5 hours by myself. After all is done it's a nice little set. The cushions are of nice quality and the chairs swivel easily. The table is heavy and also nice. All the screws and bolds align well but definitely recommend using better tools if you have them esp. a wrench. The reason for the four stars is length of time and difficulty with assembly.

Well made furniture for the price, ordering was slightly confusing, pay close attention to the combination of items in the description you have to make sure you purchase the combo that contains the pieces you want. Packages come on different delivery days, so be patient to receive it all. Customer service was polite and helpful. The pieces do take a bit to put together, based on the number of pieces you need to build. It was overall easy to build, but it will take a little bit. Overall I’m happy with the purchase.

Impressed! Purchased the 5 piece set. Couches were scary easy to put together. Swivel chairs were a bit more time intensive but ultimately pretty easy. One couch bar came slightly dented, but hidden in the back. Cushions are great quality. Wish bottom cushion was as thick as back, but I’ve had a rattan set that were much thinner. For a budget friendly set, it could pass for something higher end.
