We tried a small instant water heater from Amazon and since that didn't work so well, we replaced it with this unit. We've had this unit for a few weeks now and it's a game changer!!!! The water is so hot, I actually needed to turn it down. We have it in a Tiki Bar by our pool and control it with a switched outlet, and that has eliminated it running 24/7. I go out in the morning to turn it on, it takes about 30ish min to get to temp (There is light on the front showing if it's heating or not) and we're good to go. The surprising part is that if you are just washing a couple of glasses with hot water, it doesn't even turn on. When washing lots of dishes and platters from BBQing, the hot water keeps up easily. I have no leaks at all, it was installed using the hardware they supplied, just can't get better. This is a real review, they sent me nothing, and I have nothing to do with this company. IF YOU NEED A SMALL WATER HEATER, BUY THIS UNIT, YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT!!!!

works as advertised. replaced the tank under my sink in the house. (used for dishes and dishwasher). No big concerns yet, just not sure of its longevity. Only time will tell. installed 11/2/25. I will update again if it lasts a year. PS...Glad its under the sink out of sight...that pink is ridiculous!

My bathroom is at the farthest point away from my water heater. My plumber installed this unit under the sink and I love it! Instant hot water to wash my face & hands. It's been installed almost a year of perfect service. Heat level adjusts, super quite. Great brand!!

I would have given this 5 stars if it lasted. Within a week of installation it began leaking everywhere ... inside and under our custom-made wooden cabinets. When you see reviews that this thing leaks, believe them and be prepared to have the hot water ruin the area where you installed it. I brought this to Costa Rica to solve a hot water problem in the kitchen. The water was piping hot and I could not have been happier, until I noticed the leaking mess under the sink. The tank leaks through the electrican panel on the front. There is no way to fix this and I am lucky we didn't have an electrical fire. Now I am stuck with an expensive piece of trash because I am not shipping this thing back to the US to return it. Buyer be very aware. I can't believe this is an Amazon Choice product.

Wow!!! My daughter has an RV and my 82 year old husband installed this for her because her original water heater gave out. She called me in tears and said that her shower felt like spa quality water pressure and heat. I am going to install one under my kitchen sink just for my sink and dishwasher.

Replaced water heater in a 25’ camper. Works excellent. Hot water to the back shower in less than a minute. I’ve taken extra long showers to run it out of hot water. Took just 8 minutes to fully heat up again. A breaker tripped one night (from the AC) and the next morning the water was still hot enough for showering. If other reviews are correct and it lasts only two years, it’s still a great deal!
