I am going to gives this a 5 because we are very happy with the finished look and we searched along time ago. The photo below is just the couch and the chairs will go in the front. Assembly instructions are poor but we figured it out. Poor assembly instructions don’t bother me as an engineer and I look forward to the challenge. I don’t consider ease of assembly in my rating. Very attractive and look great in my patio. Cushions are very thin and need to buy replaced with something that holds up better. We do sit on them a lot, but they went flat pretty quickly.

I feel completely disappointed, frustrated, and honestly scammed by this company. The item I received arrived with multiple damaged and defective parts. As I attempted to assemble the furniture, I quickly realized the build quality was a joke — many of the holes didn’t align properly, making it nearly impossible to construct. The end result is a dangerously unstable and unusable piece of furniture. To make things worse, I couldn’t even finish building it because of how poorly it was manufactured. Now I’m stuck with a half-assembled, worthless item taking up space in my home. I contacted customer service and submitted every single photo they requested — only to be ignored and dismissed. It’s clear they had no intention of helping me from the start. There was no offer to replace parts, no solution provided, and no refund issued. This has been an infuriating, time-wasting, and expensive experience. I strongly warn others: do NOT waste your money on this company. Their product quality is appalling, and their customer support is completely useless and unaccountable.

Not as great quality as others stated in reviews. Found poor design in the back of chairs where it shows the loops. Would've been better on the other side where the cushions would hide them. Also bought them because you could remove the covers to wash, but can't with the tufted back pillows because the button is sewn through.
