Opening: When I opened the box, the first thing I expected to find was a manual on how to assemble the chair. It's one sheet of paper that was inside one of the plastic coverings of the parts, hard to find and I thought I was just going to have to figure it out. The parts are not labeled with Letters like how it shows the labeled parts on the instructions. Assembling: The metal base that supports the chair underneath had a bent part that made it impossible for the part to be flush. Threading on some of the screws were already wonky and super difficult to screw in with the tiny "L" wrench provided. The arm handles were not flush with the holes on the side. The whole thing just felt like I forced a puzzle to fit together and yeah, it fit but it doesn't feel straight or super sturdy. The recliner is tricky too, it takes a bit of effort to get it to spring back up. Speakers and lights: No where, in the instructions of the chair or the light remote, does it explain how to connect to the bluetooth speakers, I had to google it to figure it out. The light remote instructions also do not explain that you have to connect the cables of the top and bottom parts of the chair to make the lights work, I thought the cable was maybe an aux for the speakers. The instructions just tell you how to use the actual remote which is a bit self explanatory. Overall, to make the chair work at all, there's a short USB cable that makes it impossible to just freely move in the chair if you plug it into your PC. I suggest getting an extension or buying a charger that you can just keep in the back pouch of the chair. Overall, it does the job and it's aesthetically pleasing. The chair arrived a little dirty so I had to clean the chair and there's still a stain that won't come out. The two white leather strips on the chair aren't even symmetrical. There's a strong sharpie like smell that comes off of it as well. My chair isn't quite straight since so many parts were bent or the holes aligned with the parts aren't flush. The cables are a bit of a nuisance. It came from China so expect somewhat cheap quality. Am I too lazy after assembling it to return it for something better? Yes. Am I annoyed enough to write the first review of my life on Amazon? Also yes.

I bought this chair for my wife, she had back surgery a couple of years ago and needed a chair for work that supported her back and this does the job well. It is easy to move and adjust up and down for her needs she does many different crafts at a few stations and she can move this chair with ease and adjust its height custom for her art desk or sewing machine or her craft table, her old chair couldn't go high enough for her art desk and was really hard for her to adjust the height. The lumbar pillow is just the ticket for her back, the back of the chair adjusts real easy also so she can get the right angle for back support she needs. Great chair for the price and it arrived a month sooner than was expected.

The Chair doesn't feel comfortable if you are large and built wide. I'm 400 lbs plus and built wide and the chair is not as comfortable as the Hercules office chair I previously had. I believe it has to do with rising sades on the bottom of the chair. This is the 1st chair like this I've ever sat in but was not expecting this level of discomfort.

Speakers doesn’t work Bluetooth isn’t an option ever though it says so in the description. Chair leans forward when sitting terrible support. The chair has to be plugged into an outlet by a short usb cable in order for the lights to work. The arm rest are unstable. Instructions are terrible

This was a Birthday Present for my granddaughter. Is everything she wanted it and more. Since she is homeschooling, this beautiful chair gave her an incentive to be more excited about her class. Most of our kids, due to pandemic have had a hard time. If I knew the positive difference in her attitude, I would of bought it sooner.

i love this chair, it was super heavy putting it together alone but once i got it up it’s been perfect. it does have the cool lights on the back but unfortunately does not reach far enough to plug into the wall so you’ll have to buy the connector
