I’m a big guy, 260 pounds, and I fit perfectly and it’s comfortable. The cushions are very firm, which I appreciate. Putting it together was simple and straightforward. I have lower back pain and I work from home and my back does not hurt at all after an 8 hour shift in this chair. The swivel is smooth. Looks sharp, I got the white on black version. Again, I’m a big guy and the chair is very sturdy no worry if I’m going to break it and it’s light even in the box upon delivery. Customer support 5/5 My head rest zipper did break after two weeks, I contacted the seller and they immediately replaced it, so great customer service. Critique: my only critique is the massaging lumbar support. I wish this pad was slightly thicker and the massaging is more just a vibration so I don’t really use it, but I also didn’t buy this chair for that reason so this isn’t affecting my overall opinion and review just wanted to say it for prospective buyers. ... show more

The chair arrived earlier than expected. The parts and hardware were clearly labeled. Assembly was straight forward and easily accomplished. The hardware is heavy duty and should be long lasting. Once assembled, the chair is quite sturdy and comfortable. I gave it four stars rather than five based on the disappointing color. I ordered the red trimmed fabric model. The "red" fabric is anything but red, looking much more tannish brown. All in all, I like the chair. I'm only disappointed in the color. ... show more

I bought this because of the price and I am not disappointed. Very sturdy/heavy and well built. Easy to assemble. Comfortable. More firm than I expected though. I'm 6'3 and it's the perfect height for me. I'm not a gamer. I use this as my every day office chair. Rolls well on low pile carpet.

This is my very first gaming chair. It’s solid and easy to install. I thought the width was narrow for me who’s 220lbs but it was actually comfortable. The leg rest can hold up pretty well but not sure how long it would last. I like the material although it might be easy to get dusty

Fun and easy to assemble. Good quality and nice leather, however the seat is not cushioned or comfortable at all. Im a remote worker and needed a new chair. This chair came recommend by a work coullege. Unfortunately my bottom falls asleep and the back of my legs start to hurt. My old basic office chair did not do that. I've had to purchase a chair cushion for comfort to use with my new GT player chair. The headrest and lumbar support are really awesome tho. I absolutely love the back support and the nice neck/head comfort when I lean back between calls. I love that the arms rests are just the right height to avoid pushing your shoulders up. The arm rests have nice cushion. Overall a great chair but too bad the seat is not cushioned and is very uncomfortable for prolonged sitting. The cushion I purchased for it has helped. ... show more
